Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER you will be asked to give your card details in order for the hotel to take money out of your account even after all bills have been paid. we were assured this would be returned within three days. WHY???? many complaints about noisy disco well into the night. room decor depressing and lighting very poor food and drink expensive but food and restaurant staff very good. reception have major problem explaining bill and why money will be taken out of account. all this could be avoided leading to a much more relaxing and pleasant stay. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Totally ineffective heating Having stayed in this specific hotel approx 2 years ago, we were, on that occasion, allocated a cold room and were re-allocated another room and assured this the heating problem was a one-off. On this occasion the room was so cold, despite asking for staff help to sort out the heating, we kept coats on in our room for over 90 minutes and even had a bath to get warm. We were given 2 small, ineffective electric radiators. When the staff still couldn't get the room warm we were allocated another room. We were offered complimentary breakfast. This was totally inadequate compensation for an appalling stay. December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel and Great location Having stayed in a few Holiday Inns, this has to be the nicest. The décor of the hotel and rooms where very modern. Considering they where holding Christmas parties this didn't cause any problems. We stayed here due to location Twickenham stadium and it was perfect. December 11, 2014
