Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another consistently great business stay The hotel staff that go the extra mile is what truly makes this hotel my hotel of choice for 50+ nights per year for the last 3 years. Everyone from the front desk staff that professionally welcome you and expeditiously check you into your room (Mark and Dan), to the bar/restaurant where Joe always greets you, knows your name and makes you feel at home to the GM of the hotel (Mohan) who is always attentive and rapidly resolves any problems you may have. The covered parking is a hidden gem especially now that winter is here. Nothing like taking the elevator from your floor to the underground parking deck which is dry and free from the elements. No scraping snow or ice or running through the cold rain to get to your car. Location is fantastic. Not in the mood for hotel food (which is quite good, by the way)? Sushi Lounge is about a 30 second drive from the hotel and is outstanding. Want great pizza at a bar? Try 381 Main in Little Falls and it's a very easy 5 minute drive. But as winter sets in and it gets darker early, I find myself taking more advantage of the bar and restaurant on the premises. Don't need your wallet, car keys or a coat. Overall, you can't find a better option in a 15 mile radius. November 24, 2014

The quality of the service from both the front desk and breakfast staff especially the young lady server was outstanding!!! It is so refreshing when the staff does such a great job greeting and assisting customers. I know it can be a difficult job as I too work with the public. Keep up the great work!!! November 24, 2014

I have been to this hotel countless times and even stayed here for over a year on one occasion (that should say it all). The staff here are amazing and helpful. The free breakfast is the best I've ever seen at any hotel (real eggs and bacon). The staff in the attached Ruby Lounge are all very friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff do a great job and respect your privacy but if you're working nights and have the "do not disturb" sign up, they will call your room to make sure you don't need anything so I'd advise you to disconnect the phone. When I bring my wife with me, the staff treat her with the utmost respect and that's appreciated. They have underground parking with cameras and patrolling security and I've never had any issues with someone stealing or vandalizing my vehicle. I sleep well knowing my vehicle is secure. Perhaps the most important thing for me while staying at a hotel is the reliability and quality of the WiFi. The WiFi here here is reliable and of good quality. If a hotel can't spend the money to maintain good internet, I move to another hotel immediately. Love this hotel and the great staff at the front desk who will go above and beyond their duty. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Stay! I went to the Holiday Inn to go into NYC for my son's first marathon November 2nd. The room was immaculate. The only issue I had was the wake-up call, which I presume was due to the EDT-EST time change. Always have Plan B my friends :-) November 11, 2014
