The Pros: - Staff - genuinely very nice and helpful. - Clean - the hotel, fitness areas, and room were well kept and clean. The cons: - Parking - with no valet and a parking garage under construction this was not ideal. There were limited spots and I had trouble finding a spot for my large vehicle - The food - honestly, it was pretty gross. The quality is just not there and it felt like "fast food" with the heavy, fatty feeling. October 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service We selected this hotel because of central location. Each time we have stayed here, we have found the hotel lobby to be clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We also like the Restaurant and have eaten there several times. We were visiting family in the area and they have joined us several times for meals in the Restaurant. We will return to this hotel with future visits. October 25, 2014

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and classy, the restaurant and bar do a great job and have great staff, and the location is very convenient. The only fly in the ointment was one of the elevators was out of commission. That really clogged things up in the morning. Overall a very nice stay. I will be back October 19, 2014
