The rooms are clean, comfortable, and classy, the restaurant and bar do a great job and have great staff, and the location is very convenient. The only fly in the ointment was one of the elevators was out of commission. That really clogged things up in the morning. Overall a very nice stay. I will be back October 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, pet-friendly hotel We were in Tulsa for a concert and stayed at the HI because it was pet-friendly and within walking distance of BOK Center. The pet rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor and we were able to get a nonsmoking king room, always a plus. They had elevators to bring the dogs down in, but there is not a lot of grass available to walk. We went across the street to a side lot of another business. We found a great Mexican restaurant on our way to the concert (5 blocks walk) and ate there. After the show, we stopped in the hotel bar for a nightcap. Staff was friendly and we would have stayed longer but the AC in the bar was broken and it was really hot in there. Nonetheless, we had a good time and it was a good value for downtown Tulsa. Would stay there again. October 19, 2014

I thought the patio by the pool area was very nice for smokers to enjoy sitting down with a beverage and relaxing. If there would have been children or non-smokers present, it wouldn't have been enjoyable. If in the future, you could design a smoking inside/outside room, with some ventilation since there will probably be several smokers, would be nice. Most smokers respect others who don't and we don't mind going somewhere else. But if it is in the cold or hot outside, then it is hard to enjoy that moment we choose to light up. October 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected from Holiday Inn When I arrived at the hotel I thought maybe the inside will be better than the outside. Upon driving into the parking garage it was extremely old and tight around the corners which is not good for people with SUV's or new cars. then the elevator in the parking garage was dirty and the security camera appeared to by out of order. Once I arrived on the floor to check-in the area was small and tight. The customer service person was very nice and polite and she immediately asked if I was ready to check in. Once checked in, I walked toward the elevator and noticed it was out of order and others were standing waiting for the only other available elevator and it was quite small once it opened. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Left to be desired I had a high level of exceptions for this property. It is in a downtown area and thought it would be amazing. It seemed like they were the first Holiday Inn to be updated because it seemed behind the times already. The junior suite was just a large room with to refrigerators and two microwaves. Why? Small T.V. Furniture that did not make sense, the suite was a L shaped room with a small bathroom could reach across it almost. Need to catch up with other hotels that are not behind the times. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tulsa City Center When booking I thought it was for a king suite and I got a small king room. And my last name on the reservation was wrong, but I called and they said it will be no problem and it wasn't at check in. There was no refrigerator or microwave so I wouldn't recommend if you have children like we do because we couldn't keep our drinks cold, little ice bucket and hipster bathroom sink. And couldn't bring snacks that needed heating. But they do offer pricey snacks in the lobby. BUT I LOVED THE STAFF!! The girls were great, we needed a rollaway bed and they brought it right up!! Lots if hidden fees. 7 dollar parking in the garage, 35 dollar hold fee (just in case??) And we ordered breakfast room service that was hearty and WONDERFUL!! I enjoyed the out door smoking area on the 2nd floor and we utilized the awesome indoor pool!! We always pick hotels with indoor pools for the kids and the location was great to get to the Tulsa Zoo. 6 miles I believe. So over all it was a good one night stay. October 9, 2014
