Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Gnats and flies in bar, Air conditioning unit noisy. This hotel has dropped rapidly in quality in almost every area over the last three years. This is unfortunate because the location is great, and the quality was better earlier. The property seemed to rise in quality, and lately it has fallen into a rather pathetic state. Management? Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was great, Restuarant and Construction no so much! A group of us stayed there for a birthday party. The front hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable, but there was an annoying noise that night and early the next morning, I'm thinking it was from construction that was going on? Also we all meet for dinner and the service in the restuartant and the service was not so good. November 19, 2015

Room was not very tidy, my non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, satellite television did not function properly and was not addressed well by staff, waitstaff in the bar was untrained, inattentive, and lacking in customer service skills. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by overall I remember Holiday Inn as the economical motel when traveling as a child. You are looking to get into the Hotel status. Your amenities, overall room look and technology needs much improvement. Staff- excellent. Then get personal service. Loved and used the shuttle service. Staff overall very accommodating and sincere. I think upper hotel management needs to spend time seeing what the competition is doing. Your competitors are nearby and excel in the above areas. Maybe you should send upper management to survey these locations for some ideas. November 15, 2015
