Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unbelievable I stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition on January 15, 2016. Everything was ok until we entered our room and turned on the light in the restroom. The biggest COCKROACH I have ever seen was in the bathtub. It took three strikes with a shoe to kill this beast. I took a picture and went to the front desk to express my disgust and concern. I cannot recall the gentleman's name, but he didn't seem all that surprised and said he would send up housekeeping. No apology, no offer to "fix it," no offer to change rooms, nothing. That simply wouldn't do. I requested a new room and an upgrade. I was told the hotel was sold out for the night, thanks to our team staying there I'm sure, but was given a new room across the hall. Then he gave me a voucher for a free appetizer/dessert at the hotel restaurant. That's it. THANKFULLY the restaurant manager named Nathan, goes by Eli, heard about our issues and gave us our meals for free. He didn't have to do that and was very kind and apologized o/b/o the hotel. Can't say that for the gentleman working the front desk. Did I mention I'm a Priority Club Gold Elite member? You would think they would have treated me better, right? Nope, that didn't seem to matter. Unfortunately, I have to go back to the SAME hotel on January 30th for another competition. I'm NOT looking forward to returning to this hotel nor are the 50+ other cheer parents who have rooms booked and will be staying there with us. January 18, 2016
