Staff we friendly but did not seem overly attentive - just felt that they were just doing their job and nothing more. Breakfast was nothing special, cracked plates, warm milk, warm orange. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service and some basic issues Staff at check in were poor, non attentive and it took 3 attempts for them to understand my name (the staff were British), they need to pay a little more attention to their customers. The bathroom seat was missing, customers smoking in the entrance door way so that you have to walk theough them. Breakfast was plentiful but cold, at £14 a head it should be hot. An OK stay but based on a lot of experience of IHG it must be one of their worst hotels, but it needn't be. When i'm in the area next it wont be this hotel that I choose. February 25, 2015

Room great I couldn't be happier. Will definitely choose this hotel then the express over the round about due to been able to get the upgrade February 25, 2015
