The staff was super friendly. We were offered a room upgrade upon check in due to our platinum elite status. The hotel provided us with local coupons and snacks upon check in. The room was clean and was comfortable. The front desk manager went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. Will gladly return!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, normaly we would have stayed at Caesars but the guest floors at that hotel are noisey well into the wee hours of the morning but this hotel was very quiet and just as nice as Caesars Windsor. Minus the Casino crowd. Plus a frig and micro wave in your room, makes this hotel a better value. The only thing this hotel needs is adult pool hours, maybe 9:pm to midnight and a few small hot tubes around the pool area. A little extra cleaning around some of the unoccupied store front areas and the upper parking lot areas would make this entire hotel shine. But at this time, I'll say this is a nice (3-1/2) star hotel. Maybe on it's way to becoming a 5-star property.

All attractions are in walking distance - many good restaurants in walking distance (I suggest La Guardia). Manchesters for drinks prior to dinner is good. The hotel staff was quite helpful and engaging.
When arriving, keep both eyes open - easy to miss. Also, my only suggestion would to have pre-printed maps/directions to the bridge and/or tunnel to reenter the USA.
Room was quiet and clean. Slept well. The internet was quick enough.

The Holiday Inn is a reputable hotel and I have stayed at many. However this one was dated, the room was freezing cold and the bathroom was too small with little to no counter space making it hard with two small kids to put any belongings away. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful The food in the restaurant was a disappointment with breakfast being cold the next day and the service was questionable to say the least. The reservation email told me kids 12 and under eat free which I had to ask about and was not honoured at breakfast the next morning.

Such a great time at the hotel. I have been looking forward to the stay at the hotel for the best staff and the friendly and helpful service. Can't wait to go back and enjoy this beautiful hotel in the future.

My stay was very comfortable overall. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and hospitable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The only down-side was that the heater was quite loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.

There is nothing bad to say. We had a great time and can't wait to go back. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and the restaurant is very good for the price and the serving size.
