Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rating of 4.5 not accurate. Long, Long , Long walk to room. No cart available, no offer from front desk to retrieve a cart. Old looking hall carpets. Comfortable bed. No microwave or refrigerator. Boring, small, cold bathroom. Heat off when we came into room and room very cold. Thermostat does not register air temp properly (rm 347). Very cold in room (66 even though temp set at 72) We were up many times during the night trying to get the room temp warmer. There should be a way station to put carts for staff to pick them up. No tired guest is going to walk such a far distance to return cart. Older man at desk said, " if you don't see a cart at the door, there is none available" and did not offer to go look for one. Young man at desk very personable and energetic. Holiday Inn Express at Long and Olentangy Rd much, much nicer hotel for only $20 more. March 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sports Team Stay Hotel gets a star for agreeing to work with a sports team during the Arnold Classic Weekend, when rooms in Columbus are at a premium. Rooms were clean, well kept, and well presented. Exterior and interior seemed well maintained. Full breakfast was very nice compared to other chains' offerings. One issue was room availability - rooms for the group were not available until 4:45p, 45 min. after stated check-in time. Recommend confirming group arrival times in advance, and making arrangements with sales staff for additional needs at that time #e.g. breakfast requests, grouping rooms together, etc.#. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay I spent a recent Saturday night at this Holiday Inn, using my Priority Club points. As the trip was kind of "last minute" I made my reservation just a few hours before my arrival. I had booked a "sleep number bed" unit, and was looking forward to trying it out as I am thinking about getting one of those for home. Anyway, when I arrived I was treated very well by the friendly front desk staff. When I checked into my room, it looked comfortable and clean, but I found it it did not have a sleep number mattress #also, the thermostat was off by a couple of degrees#. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant; the food was good, the service friendly but slow, and I was overcharged by $2.00 #was tired, and didn't notice until I got back to my room#. The bed was comfortable, but not the best I have slept in. Wake up call was on time, and the front desk was again friendly, quick, and helpful as I checked out early the next morning. So, not a bad night's stay, but can't give it excellent marks given the mistakes. March 8, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for me 800 Reservation guy assured me of a smoking room. Non smoking facility. Closet is barely usable. 8" door opening to get clothes in and out. Would be impossible to use safe in closet. Bed was comfortable (air adjustable). Buffet breakfast was so-so but not worth $9.99. Room was clean. Numerous steps to get to the room from the sloping parking lot. Staff friendly. Toilet howled when flushed. T.V. is older but worked ok. December 12, 2012
