Good location to highway and shopping. Staff was efficient and professional. They were very courteous and helpful. Hotel makes you feel welcome, safe and secure. Internet and TV worked very well. Was disappointed to see the hot tub closed and filled in. There was food remnants behind desk, under TV and under fridge. Bathroom needed further cleaning as we found some remainders of previous guests (hair). Breakfast menu should reflect additional costs ie. ingredients in omelette and orange juice as these were hidden until the bill arrived. Staff work hard and are great ambassadors for IHG.

My family had a restful stay. There are renovations occurring now. not a big deal, only an occasional inconvenience as the staff did their best to minimize the effects of the renovation. We will stay here again.

Great hotel and location for the price. Close to many restaurants and local sights. Staff is very helpful and friendly. On property restaurant, Fenders, has great breakfast choices as well as good range of dinner choices.

This hotel is well located in York, although it is a bit hard to find since it is not on right on Route 30 like most of the other hotels in the area. That said, being away from Route 30 probably helps in making the hotel more quiet than most since it is not along the main street through there. The food was ok, nothing special. The service of the people there though was quite good and they were very attentive to my need for a stationary chair to use at the desk.
The biggest drawback though was the price. I can't quote the rate here (not allowed) but for what I paid I would have expected a much larger room. When the hotel staff looked at getting me a room with only one bed (I was traveling alone) the rate went up, even if it was for one bed of the same size as the two beds in the room I had.
Additionally, I was recognized as an IHG Rewards Member, but there was no snack/etc. or coupon provided when I checked in. Such is life. Also, please provide some more channels on the TV. NBC SportNetwork and/or NHL Network would be nice.
Still though, the hotel is in good shape, and the people there are very good. They don't set the rates, so it's not their fault.

my room was clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet at night and early in the morning. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Staff was Excellent, room was good… breakfast included needs work, same offering everyday.
