Ja'far was on duty at the desk and helped us enormously: especially to find our Priority Points Reward. Kudos to HI and Ja'far one of the most helpful hotel staff we have ever met. June 6, 2013

Of particular note is the breakfast service. The layout kept the attendant right at the serving area. This GREATLY improved the responsiveness to guest needs. I HIGHLY recommend this property.
