Breakfast is average. Accomodations are above average. Nice pool and exercise room. Enjoyed our stay here. July 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Softball Sanctuary We were in Alexandria for our granddaughters fast pitch softball tournament and although the hotel had many team members from the tournament staying there the staff kept everything clean, organized and the room stayed quiet. As grandparents we were able to rest comfortably between games. We would be happy to stay there again. July 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff Incompetent My company paid for the room in advance, with a company credit card. Upon arrival, "Stephon" asked for another credit card, which we assumed was to cover any additional incidentals. Instead, he charged the stay to my personal credit card. When we realized what he had done, we asked that he correct it, which he in fact did not do. Now both my company AND my personal credit card are charged for this one-night stay. A phone call to a manager Monday morning resulted in "we may see a credit in 4 to 5 days". I've never had this low a level of customer service at any Holiday Inn and this experience will be told to many, for their traveling reference, when choosing a place to stay. June 29, 2015
