Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Recent four night stay turned disappointing when I lost TV service and experienced sporadic internet service. Front desk personnel said it would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was offered compensation points (never applied to account). The comfort of the room was fine and the hotel was clean. However the overall the lack of customer support and followup by this organization made this stay DISAPPOINTING. May 26, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping loud, rude, and obnoxious Never in my travel experience (I'm a long-time diamond member with another hotel chain) have I seen such disrespect from housekeeping. They would go into a room to clean it, crank up the radio, and then start joking and yelling down the hall at their co-workers. We stayed one night to burn some points and check out the area. We went out and tried to have a good time the night before, but housekeeping made sure that was impossible. When we called to complain, the phone in our room didn't work. The wife and I got so fed up we packed our stuff, didn't even shower, and got out as quickly as possible. We will never return. May 11, 2016
