I love this location I always feel like im at home.. Even during the renovations you can't even tell that they are renovating because things are still so peaceful and nice. Comfy beds housekeeping makes sure you dont go without & will ask you if you need any service or anything everyday.. Also a wonderful staff.. I highly recommend the Aurora,Co Holiday Inn Express locations theres nothing I dislike I love everything about it..

Had a quick 2 night stay. Everything was great and the front desk girl (can't think of her name or I'd give her credit) was helpful with the area sights to see and delightful to visit with! Plus the afternoon cookie treat:)

I stay here very often sometimes for long periods at a time and there is a reason why I always come back.. I love the staff here they make me feel like im home.. Great choice to stay very very clean & quiet at night ! Highly recommended

I travel all the time for business and always choose Holiday Inn, I'm a platinum member. My wife and I had stay in Denver with my young son, so I again choose Holiday Inn. When we arrived I was greeted with construction that no one informed me of. I asked for the complimentary room upgrade, which I almost always get, and was informed that a room with two double beds isn't subject to the upgrade. I know that there were rooms available, there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot when I left at 5:15 the next morning. Staff was not friendly at all. For the first time ever I was extremely dissatisfied with an IHG hotel. If this happens again I will honestly seek out another rewards program.

Beware of this hotel if you are using any of your Priority Club points for your stay. I was incorrectly charged for my room, even after I pointed out the problem to the front desk staff. Now I am in the middle of trying to get a credit returned to my credit card.
The quality of the recent renovation is quite poor, but at least the bed and the bedding contribute to a good night's sleep.
Lobby and common areas are badly dated and in need of a complete overhaul. Breakfast was quite good, and the morning breakfast staff very helpful. Laundry facilties are very dingy and limited.

burn holes in lounge chair
had to ask for an alarm clock
did not get wake up call,was told it was because bedside phone did not work
was overcharged on bill,did not get corrected untill I called back
The only reason I keep going back is because of the gym next door.

Hotel is located close to restaurants and interstate. No niise pronlems and they have a free fitness membership to ballys next door. The staff is super very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Hotel is under renovation but the quality of that renovation is very poor. Not worth the money they are charging. I would not recommend this location nor would I stay there again.

Our stay with you was during the recent flooding in Colorado. Our room had a leak and the carpet around the A/C unit was soaked. There was extensive renovations going on at the hotel during our stay that did not interfere with our stay. I am hoping the renovations can solve the leaking problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful., breakfast was great, and the room was adequate size. The mildew stains in the tile and caulking around the tub should also be addressed with the renovations at this time. The extensive road work did not interfere with our stay, but was a bit daunting to navigate. We had flooding rains and hail during our stay, but were comfortable and felt safe at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel twice in one week. The first time was great, the second time not so much. When I got to my room, I noticed that there was no clock in the room, so I asked for one. I then had trouble with the remote for the TV. Batteries needed to be replaced. The air conditioner was not working properly. I had to lower it to 62 degrees in order for the room to be cool enough. Finally, in the evening I happened to look up at the ceiling and there were 3 distinct stains on the ceiling. Not thrilled. The staff was great, but the accommodations not so much.

I kind of expected more from a Holiday Inn Express. Here are my concerns:
+ The bathroom had no A/C vent and was steamy.
+ My wife is in a wheelchair and she barely got around the bed.
+The A/C was a bit noisy and hard to adjust the temperature.
+The hotel did not have a selection of restaurants to choose from.

During my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Denver Aurora Medical Center the staff was very attentive. A light bulb went out in my room so I called the front desk and they fixed it within 15 minutes of me telling them. My room was very clean and comfortable and I loved the pillows. I have two small children and they enjoyed the pancakes and chocolate milk at breakfast. I will defnitly be staying here again. I have already recommended this property to several of my friends and family.

The bathroom was clean but the toilets do not flush with any authority. The shower controls look like an old bathroom sink which makes the controls touchy and prone to shockingly cold or hot spells. Other than that it was decent and the staff was friendly.

I've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express and have to say that most of them are more updated/clean/and operable than this one. There were several things in disrepair which didn't make the room uninhabitable but was bothersome; cracked tiles, stained/chipped tub, inoperable sink stopper (duct tape was used for repair and must've come loose).

Overall, our stay at the Inn was good. We ran out of kleenex and almost toilet paper due to Housekeeping not paying attention to a couple details like that. I had a plastic bowl that I packed and traveled with for about 3 years that I used for holding my loose change, pocket knife, lip gloss and money clip in the evening before I went to sleep. It was a nice thing to have so "stuff" wasn't all over the desk top… when i got back to the room after my 2nd day's activities, the bowl was gone (I imagine thrown away). I hadn't placed it in the garbage or even near the garbage to indicate I didn't want it any more. So I was disappointed in that. Regarding the kleenex… I called Housekeeping, got a voice mail, left a message and never heard back. The following evening, after returning from a full day of activity, I realized there was no kleenex again. I called the front desk this time and the night shift person was very responsive. She immediately brought a box of kleenex to the room. She also brought a light bulb since it had burned out too. I told her I never heard back from Housekeeping and she said the "old" supervisor must still have her voicemail on but she was no longer there. The help during breakfast was "busy" but often overlooked empty coffee urns and over full garbage recepticals. Overall the food was okay. I ate an omelet one morning and it was very cool - not heated up properly. I had cereal the other 5 mornings. Thank you for listening. I hope this helps to improve your customer service. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express but this was a little disappointing. Take care.

I stayed here about a year ago, and my stay was not so great. This time was a complete turn around! The staff was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, and the pool was perfect. I will be coming back.

We stayed at this hotel the night before we flew out of DIA. The Staff was great, and the rooms were very clean. From what we heard we stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms, and they looked great. We will defiantly be staying here again.

We'd just spent the last 15 hrs. driving straight through from Chicago and we were extremely tired. Unfortunately,at the time we arrived, official check-in time was still a long 4 hrs. away.
I wish I would have paid attention to the woman's name working the check-in desk that day, but we could barely keep our eyes open.
She made arrangements so we could get our room right away. We can't thank her enough for being so kind & understanding.

Checking in was friendly and expedited. The major problems were, room was dirty, a foot long blob of hair found on the floor the first night was not removed the 2nd day after room service had been preformed. There was no soap in the bathroom, the in-room coffee pot didn't work, tv channels were out and when I went down to the desk in the morning, nobody was around.

When we stayed with the breakfast included, there were days were all of the items for breakfast were not available. Excuses were made but not much effort put forth to correct these issues. We have potential of visiting Denver again but not sure if we would stay at this same location as there are other choices that we will consider. Been an IHG member for years but feel that the Holiday Inns are not as good as they could be.

The ladies working at this location did an outstanding job taking care of our group while we were there. Brandi, Moor and Meagan were very professional. And attentative to our needs. Not quite as pleased with the managerial staff, bu support staff was great. Will definitely stay here again as my schedule allows. Kudos to Lorena as well.

We arrived on July 30,2013 to visit my grandson and daughter in-law who is in stationed nearby in the Air Force. The clerk did not know I was a gold point holder and did not mention it. The reservation asked for a crib in the room. The clerk did not know about the request and in fact did not know if they had cribs, but would check. Later sent up a crib that was not clean (stained in fact) or sanitized, no sheets. Also found a squeegee tucked into it. We chose not to trust it or use it. The light switch in the room did not work the hall light in the room, Burnt out I guess. 1 of the 2 elevators stopped working on one of our trips, had to go out and get into the other one. That on had a sticking door, not sure it was going to work either.The parking lot side door entry swipe did not work, had to send someone to front door to get it opened and hold open as we brought luggage in. One pillow case was dirty (black stuff) on it. Hallway smelled and had water stains. Construction workers on 4th floor creating dust, smells and hallway full of furniture to navigate. (We were in RM 428). The shower Curtin was installed wrong so the water did not stay in the tub. No Queen Beds or queen suites to pick from. This is a older hotel that should not be under the Holiday Inn Express name. When your traveling and do not know the area you should be able to pick a Holiday Inn express and know you have Clean Comfortable Room with Queen size beds, Refrigerator and Microwave We were on the road for 11 Holiday inn stops and this was not up to the standards we had expected.

Stayed the night before an important business meeting in the area. Convenient location to nearby businesses and firms. Road construction on nearby I-225 made for more than average noise and dust. An older HIX property with nearly recent remodeling. Would stay there again.

This hotel is located in an industrial area. This makes It less convenient for shopping and restaurants. There are some stores and restaurants about a mile or so up the road, but nothing within walking distance.
I must have had the smallest room in the place. I was at the end of the hallway and the room is smaller to make room for an exit door just outside of the room. (By the way, that door slams.) Being a Priority Club Platinum member for several years, I guess I'm used to getting better rooms. The room seemed clean enough, but I kept finding moths flying around.
I had little interaction with the staff other than check-in, so I cannot comment much on them. Breakfast was typical HIE fare. Not bad, but nothing really new.

To drive to this facility from the Interstate was creepy! Not many nice looking people loitering on streets. Not located in a very good part of town, however, it appears that some redevelopment is taking place around this specific area. (Medical Center is across the road).
The outside of this hotel and lobby were very nice w/ many $$$ spent on just these 2 areas of this hotel. The rooms were quite dated, and in our room wall paper was coming off the wall , there was a water spot on our room's ceiling, there was wall paper loose on the wall from damage by the A/C unit nearby. Old and dirty establishment. Way OVER PRICED for such an unclean room and facility as a whole. They only provided 1 bar of soap for the bathroom.......
Would NOT stay at this hotel again........
