Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 lobby area This is a really nice hotel I have stayed before and rebooked because it is clean and very quite. I was pleased to see they upgraded the lobby. The first timed I stayed and walked into the lobby I thought I did not make a good choice but then was pleasantly surprised. I am happy to see they no longer have the smokers right outside the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the lobby. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly and make a point of greeting you September 28, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unappealing hotel the front office young lady was very courteous. She was put at a disadvantage in trying to make the old redo of an outdated hotel to be in the same class as the Holiday Inn Express down the road in either Rockford or Janesville. Both locations we have stayed at on previous trips. The first impression when walking in to this place was not welcoming. Again the young lady had a lot of work to do to make the visit even close to enjoyable. jack September 18, 2014
