In Minneapolis it is very cold, but this room was so hot and we were unable to control the temperature, we had a miserable sleep. We had to open the window and then awoke freezing and to the sound of sirens in the middle of the night. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but when you have a very early flight and don't sleep it is not fun....

Called hotel. They said they would be at airport in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes-recalled. They said they would be right there. 1 hour after the first call-they showed up.

We enjoyed our stay and convenient location to airport. The pillows were not the best..prefer a feather pillow. However, the staff were excellent! Breakfast was very nice, too. Very reliable transportation to/from airport. Will stay there again.

Overall, not a bad hotel. The staff was great, tons of choices for breakfast, but the room size was a little small. If you have tons of sightseeing, and things to do outside the hotel, not a bad hotel. If you stuck inside, maybe insanity might kick in. Overall, not bad!

The staff at this particular Holiday Inn Express exemplify customer service! Not only did they go the extra mile, they went above and beyond. Relatives that were staying there with us got lost and a staff member went to get them and lead them to the hotel! The staff during breakfast were pleasant, cheerful and helpful as well. The front desk staff made accommodations for my relative to be in close proximity to our room. I cannot tell you the last time I have had this kind of service!

After having a terrible experience during my travels, the staff was extremely courteous and patient with me while settling the bill. I know that I am always in good hands when I stay at the Holiday Inn.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It had all the great conveniences one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express, as well as an extremely helpful and courteous front desk staff and shuttle driver. The hotel is very clean and the pool is large and fun. Breakfast was excellent. I can't wait to come back!

The room we reserved at this hotel was not of comfort. The air WAS NOT BLOWING throught the vents of the unit. My husband and I were sweating did not sleep with comfort.
I made a call downstairs to the front desk requesting main. man come upstair to see what was the problem. We waited and waited until we had to go to bed because of an early morning flight.
I don't know how the units are regulated, but it is very uncomfortable and can cause problems.
Please check units - Can be over whelming .

Breakfast was so enjoyable as the staff was very pleasant. There was someone there clearing plates when you were done so you could relax and chat and the food was the best continental breakfast I have ever had. Food was hot and always plentiful.

The Hotel meets my requirements when I am traveling to Minneapolis, which is 2-3 times per month
Appreciate the service since I usually arrive late, thank you for having a 24 hou gym and the breakfast at 6 am
Definitely will stay there again

This hotel is terrible. We stay almost exclusively with Holiday Inn/Express, and this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The rooms are in need of upgrades, as the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was the same, old, dated and starting to fall apart. The bath tub drained so slowly one would think they had taken a bath with all the standing water. The shower head was nasty and clogged up from hard water deposits, and the bathtub water spout was broken and swiveled around.
The food was average, typical fair. But they kept running out of food.
On our second night, the hot tub broke down, so there was no hot water in it (cold water hot tub = NO FUN!). Then we woke up to discover a boiler had broken and we had to take cold showers. When I informed the staff, they had no idea.
With so many choices in the area, I would highly recommend anyone reading this to go across the street to another Hotel.
We are also Priority Club members, and we were treated like street urchins.

Employees were nice, but the rooms seemed a bit out of date. Not horrible just out dated. Otherwise everything else was fine. Comfortable beds, nice nights sleep.

My family really enjoyed this location. There is a lady on the breakfast staff that was just amazing, my toddler loved her.
My only con would be they vacuum under the beds more often.

I have stayed at this hotel a lot due to its location. But it is inevitable that you will have internet issues. As I did on this most recent trip.
Second annoying thing is two sets of manual doors at the entrance. What a pain when your trying to drag in luggage and other things..... At least one set could be automatic.

Our family of 4 checked in late at night after flying in across country. The hotel was dirty, cramped and the staff didn't have a clue. We wanted to check out immediately but they said they would charge us anyway so we stayed the one night and checked out very early the next day. Spent the next 5 nights at a beautiful hotel down the street for less money and better service.

This stay had the potential for 4 stars. But around 9pm until 11:30 pm, 2nd hand smoke from a nearby room apparently came through the ventilation system. It was like someone was smoking in the room. I don't mind smokers, just not in my room when I have asthma and reactions to smoke and could not sleep and felt miserable because of it. The next morning I departed very early and informed the front desk clerk of the poor air quality from the smoke. He shrugged and said he would have maintence look at nearby smoking rooms. When I asked what that would accomplish, he just smiled and asked if I needed the shuttle service.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 nice room and wonderful house keeper
During my stay we had trouble with the bathroom, and every time we had to call the front desk, the staff made it seem like we were a bother to them. Even feedback or questions about the van service, was met with the same treatment.
On the other hand the house keeper, van drive, and plumber all went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The house keeper noticed I had thick hair and put out extra shampoo. The van driver seeing my partner was having trouble walking/standing helped him to get on board the van first. It seemed like he wanted to make sure that my partner did not to stand too long or fight to get a seat in the front of the van.
