Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not meets Holiday Inn Standards This Hotel does not meet the standards of Holiday inn group and need to be 100 % remodel; it is old and needs to be updated. The price was to high for what is worth. Staff needs to be more cordial and needs customer service experience. I do travel on weekly bases in Mexico and this was one of my worse experiences I had. I do not recommend it at all!!! April 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One night stop over We used this hotel to stop over before getting our flight from Cancun airport.Hotel is not located in the thick of things so is therefore quiet. Rooms are clean but basic,the big negative being that there is no elevator. I would not stay here for a holiday but it is perfect for a one night stop over. Breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful. March 30, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by mi punto de vista buenas tardes les comento: entran bichos a las habitaciones, nunca se ve bien el cable pues son viejas las teles y le urge tener un restaurante es el unico holiday inn al que llego que no tiene restaurante y tomando en cuenta que no hay nada cerca seria de gran ayuda y ventas para ustedes y el jueves en la tarde 18 de octubre me fueron a despertar para que moviera mi carro pues me argumentaron que le tomarian una foto al hotel a pesar de mi nota en la puerta, me fui a la piscina y entro el guardia a decir que me saliera pues tomarian una foto la verdad digame que haria usted? de resto las chicas de recepcion bien respetan las reservaciones y fuera de lo mencionado no he tenido problema. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buen lugar para descansar Buscaba un lugar para descansar en Cancun, lejos de la zona ruidosa, creo que la ubicacion del hotel en la avenida Pok Ta Pok fue la ideal, pues al estar aislada de la parte mas turistica escapas al bullicio. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero son limpias y tenian todo lo que necesite, quizas el unico problema que tuve fue que existia un nido de hormigas en la puerta que daba hacia el jardin, tuve que insistir en la administracion para que lo fumigaran, pero al fin el problema se solucionó. La alberca me parecio limpia y en buen estado; el desayuno, aunque basico,me parecio adecuado para este nivel. Debe tomarse en consideracion que me hospede en temporada baja. y quien se hspede denbe considerar que el hotel, si bien no esta lejos de la zona hotelera y turistica, no tiene acceso a una playa, lo cual puede ser inconveniente para alguien, al menos para mi no lo fue. En general mi estancia fue agradable y sin duda me volveria a hospedar ahi. October 12, 2012
