Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT SERVICE From the moment I walked in to the moment I left this hotel was beyond AMAZING!!!! The beds were like clouds and the room smelled like a tropical island. I was so relaxed to the point I forgot I was at a hotel. The front desk people were beyond helpful and they were always smiling. July 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay I have relatives in the Carrollton area and come there often. Each time I stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is best by far of any of the area hotels. The customer service is great, the breakfast is great and the overall conditions of the hotel are great. It is centrally located to shopping centers and restaurants. We always use the pool and it is always in great condition. I would recommend this hotel to any one visiting the area. June 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall stay what I expected at HIE In Carrolton on business & the (1) night stay as comfort as usual when staying at HIE. Staff helpful with directions to local plant where we had business next day. Also, staff very accommodating with late check out. Typical good breakfast, very clean room, slept well. Compares very favorably to all HIE we have stayed. Definitely will return there if business or pleasure requires an overnite stay in Carrolton. June 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed at Check-Out Elevators were out for two days. I have hemolytic anemia and arthritic knees, while climbing the stairs for two days with no inconvenience compensation. I feel the hotel should have discounted my final bill for the inconvenience. Instead I got a coupon for a free night stay at a future date. I don't travel much and had to get a hotel during UWG Freshman Orientation. No other hotels were available to switch to. June 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed great sleep Great pillows and mattress, slept like a baby! The air was cranking and worked beautifully. We did not use the pool but for the location it was a pretty nice set up with a handicap lift. The elevator was broken but they were doing all they could to get it fixed, it was out of their control while waiting for parts. I will definitely stay again at this location. There was even shopping right there. June 11, 2015
