Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Medford Holiday Inn This was definitely one of the least favorable experiences I have had at a Holiday Inn. The internet was non-existent at best. The only way to access it was to stand on the bed in the corner and have my IPad near the ceiling. I was also in a room across from the pool and there seem to be a constant flow of running and yelling children in and out of the pool area. When we checked in the staff wasn't sure how to enter my Gold Member Elite Number. Also when we went to breakfast in the morning all the coffee was gone and no idea when it would be ready. I will not be staying at that hotel again. May 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stay Overall, my stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The facilities common areas were also clean and comfortable. Located close to Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Airport (Medford), it is easy to find and provides a good location for travelers. I didn't notice any noise from either the freeway or the airport. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were nice and plenty of towels were provided for swimmers. However, the pool was too cold to enjoy. I couldn't get in past my lower legs before having to retreat to the hot tub. Overall, a very nice property with clean rooms, courteous staff and a great location. May 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pet and breakfast friendly We LOVE staying at this Holiday Inn Express!!! Margo takes GREAT pride and care of her guests in the dining room!!!! We did find that the pet poop bags were not kept stocked this time around. We enjoy returning to a clean and comfortable room!!! I look forward to a GREAT cup of coffee first thing in the morning!!!! The redesign on the door key needs to be changed back to a lighter color. It must be challenging for maintenance and housekeeping to carry out their job duties quietly while some guests are resting in their rooms during the afternoon. We plan to return in the fall. The house cleaning staff take exceptional pride in their job (and they all speak English!) and all the staff I encountered were very attentive. This will be my new stop when I travel through Oregon. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by allway clean and nice I stay at this hotel several time's a month on my run from the bay area to medfod - central point and this hotel is always clean in good shape and the staff is always friendly there are several restaurants and fueling stations in walking distance or near by and its close to the fair grounds for all there events I have never had a bad experience in the three years I have been staying there. Bed really sagged and could use replacing to avoid morning backache. Club Chair and ottoman a plus. Bathroom modern and nice. Overall an average experience with the room. Breakfast room was extremely clean and attendant did a great job of providing breakfast choices. March 5, 2013

I have stayed at this property numerous times and always been satisfied with the courtesy and thoughtful staff. I would like to especially acknowledge the weekday breakfast lady who goes out of her way to make sure that everyone in her area is happy and well fed! I have stayed both for overnight stays and up to 10 days straight while doing work related tasks. The computer connections are strong signals and led to making my job easier. Absolutely clean, no spots from previous occupants, two OR four legged. The desk manager at the time, JC, was so helpful and friendly. I had several different questions, and each was answered to my complete satisfaction. And - weather reports for the upcoming drive too! Thank you for a great stay! January 2, 2013

The folks here at the Medford Holiday Inn Express are always ready to greet you with a smile, attentive to your needs, and very patient and understanding to a weary traveler's needs. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast servers keep the food fresh, and there is always a hot pot of coffee waiting.
