Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently not properly cleaned I am going to be staying in the area regularly for the next year or so on business. I have given this hotel 3 tries (3 different rooms over a period of 2 months) and now they are permanently off my list. The first 2 times I stayed, there was a smell in the bathroom. The 3rd time I stayed, the bathroom didn't smell, but the sheets did and they made me itch. Your housekeeping staff is a disgrace and they really need to be properly trained and have a supervisor check their work. I hate to use such strong terms, but I practically live out of hotels and I have never experienced rooms this consistently dirty. There is also very little sound insulation between the rooms. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good. I will be driving 15 miles further to my destination from now on. March 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I checked in and went to my car to get my stuff. When I came back in I was told it would be about 10 minutes before the room would be ready. Next I was told I would be given an upgrade and was given keys to another room that was ready. When I opened the door to that room there were, what looked like, clothes on the bed and a key folder and some other stuff under the TV. No one was in the room, thank goodness. That is one of my fears as a female traveling alone. I was given keys for a 3rd room. Shortly after I settled in the phone rang and before I could answer (it’s hard to untangle the phone cord to answer) it stopped and a minute later there was a knock at the door. Before I could get to the door, someone was opening it – the reason I always use the security bar on the door. I’m not sure why it was so important to check on me. When tried to wash my hands – no soap. In fact, no amenities. As I was on my way out for supper, I told the person at the desk that there were no amenities in my room. He took care of that for me. As I locked up for the night I had no “Do Not Disturb” sign. A very expensive poor experience. March 2, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay here. The first room we were given had a issues. There were holes in the walls, broken or missing outlet and switch covers. The bathroom counter was broken as was the sink. The toilet also had issues and we needed to switch rooms because of plumbing. The second room we were given had the same cosmetic issues as the first one but also the fan in the heater sounded like an airplane engine. It had to be turned off in order to sleep. Then when you get up for breakfast, they don't serve it until 7am, unlike others who serve at 6:30am. That is an issue when you need to be at a business meeting at 7am with no breakfast.
