Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Filthy room The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I travel 4 days a week and use IHG brand hotels. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I arrived late in the evening and just wanted to get some sleep. Upon entering the room I could clearly see that there were used sheets on the bed and the floor had not been vacuumed. This was nothing compared to the "surprise" in the un-flushed toilet. Disgusting. I finally went to take a shower and found a used washcloth hanging over the shower bar. I will never stay here again and would suggest anyone in the area use one of the Ann Arbor IHG hotels instead. Again, I will never stay here again. November 27, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Manager I have ever dealt with My sister had booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance for a higher price than I did 2 days before our visit. She tried to get the better price and was told no. I tried to help but was told no also. On our arrival our room was not ready and we were told to come back later, this is unacceptable to me as a Holiday inn rewards customer for quite a few years. I hope your other motels are a lot more forgiving and can provide a room in a more timely fashion. Thank you November 27, 2014
