We stayed 4 nights over the Christmas holidays. The facility is clean, warm, friendly, and conveniently located. The staff were attentive and did nice little things such as having snacks and coffee out all the time (small gift bag at check in for Priority Club Members) and greeted you as you came in and out.
The room was comfortable, internet service good, and housekeeping completely transparent. Breakfast was certainly adequate and the cinnamon buns appreciated. A few more low calorie/high fiber choices would be appreciated.
We will definitely stay here again.

The heater in my room made a lot of noise every time it turned on and the toilet in my room was ghost flusing.
This made it hard to sleep. OH yes I do remember that
the trash can in the bathroom wasn't emptied from the previous guest.

Overall this facility was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast selections were very good and very enjoyable to eat. Hotel and Rooms were clean. The exercise facility was poor - it was small and cramped. There were no towels in the room. The hotel was easy to get to and there were several resturants within walking distance and many more within a short drive.

I spent 3 days at this hotel and used the gym twice. They didn't have towels in the gym on either occassion. Hotel could use an update. Staff very friendly and evening reception (free beer and snacks) was nice, but no one even mentioned that to me at check-in....I just happened to see people eating and drinking in the lobby.

This was our 2nd stay here and both were great. Its about midway for visiting our kids and is easy off the turnpike and back on. Lots of restaurants nearby also. Rooms are very nice and we think a fair price. We will stay again for sure.

The staff was great! The rooms very clean and quiet and comfortable.
My only recommendation is think about adding a laundry room on site.

Hotel Representative "MarK" not the most customer friendly. Awesome breakfast and location for where I needed to go during my stay. I thought the building had some age to it and could use some refurbushing.

We could not have had a better experience. The front desk and staff were very helpfull and cheerful and had answers to any and all questions. The young man who manned the desk at night was especially knowledgeable about the community around the hotel as was the young woman in the morning with regard to the directions to a laundramat.
One employee Dino was extremely important to us in that he immediatley found some plywood to put between the mattress and the springs which made all the difference in comfort to me and my wife who found the mattresses to be too soft for us. Probably excellent for others, we went out for a few hours and came back to a firm bed,

I was in town for a business meeting and had the opportunity to stay at the Cranberry Township (Pittsburgh) Holiday Inn Express. This will be my choice the next time I need to book a room in this area. Check-in and Check-out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the a.m. was perfect. Great job!

The room and hotle overall needs updating. Not to the standard I expect from Holiday Inn Express. Heavy smoke odor in hallway outside of my room.
Did not receive wake up call (not a major issue as I did wake up on my own, but disconcerting.)
