Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Busy or just talking on the phone? Took nearly 20 minutes to check in after I walked in the door. One person working the front desk who always had a phone to their ear. Maybe they are new and asking something to someone. But the two in front of me in line seemed to have endless issues. When I finally got up to the counter all went well. But no sorry for the wait we are having a problem with the system. No explanation. Maybe that is normal there. October 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Needed some rest I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Denison North-Lake Texoma. There was only one thing that could have made it better. When I sat down to get into bed the bed had a squeak. so as I got adjusted in bed it squeaked and as I moved as I slept it would wake me up. When I arrived at the hotel the trash was overflowing. when I went to enter the back door the trash can there was also full. Just need to check more often. Will stay again if in the area. Just would like a different room (bed). September 30, 2014

Sadly, the work out facilities seem to keep getting worse. There is only one sitting bike and stair master that are only partially functional now. How much I would appreciate a good treadmill!
