Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mildew Hotel, but Great Staff! The staff and service are excellent, but the hallways and rooms has a mildew smell. It was so bad I was a afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. Please! Please! Remove the carpets from the rooms and hallways and replace them! You have a "Great Staff". The breakfast was excellent. Make your facility the best. Make the changes! It will best for for business! September 3, 2014

If you are on the first floor you may get a noisy family above you so you may want to ask for a top floor room if you have no kids.00 September 3, 2014

Cleanliness unsure or if maintenance lacking sign not lot at night and front desk would not answer phone in first 30 rings to help is find them. Would never recommend this hotel, unhappy and I used points! September 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected surprise When traveling from Florida to NY we aimed for Fayetteville , NC as our travel goal for a one night stopover. The Holiday Inn was sold out so we travelled another 24 miles to a town we had no knowledge of -- Dunn, NC.It was the cleanest hotel room we have seen in years. The staff was great and there was even a wonderful steakhouse right across the street. We have a new goal for our future trips -- Dunn, NC. August 25, 2014
