They actually had hot food as well! Average score for able to relax was due to only actually being in the room to sleep; which I was easily able to do. Room was very clean! July 19, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nicely Overpriced Hotel is located off 283 as a good stop over location. Hershey is about 20 mins away. I was in a king room. Room was nice but very cluttered making it seem small. Bathroom lighting very dim. No tub-walk in shower. Was not greeted as Priority Reward Member. No welcome bag for members. No late check out offered for members. These are all things i received at other locations without asking. If you arrive late to hotel good luck finding a parking space. Overall stay was average. Clean room. Nice bed. I feel hotel is overpriced. Perhaps the suites are the way to go but not without cost. June 29, 2013

They were accomidating - we arrived early and were able to check in right away! This made all of us happy to unload our car of suitcases to make more room for bags while shopping in Hersey and Lancaster! April 13, 2013

It seems great for construction workers and it must be a big account for road/utility workers. Breakfast was less than average and even though I/my company was a frequent stayer, when I asked for any specific things like a king sized bed it was always an issue. April 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel! We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accessible. The location was perfect and easy to get to from the highway. There was a nice little Italian restaurant/pizzeria only a couple miles away and the food was superb! It was late, so we brought the food back and ate at the tables in the lobby, which was very relaxing. This was our second stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. February 28, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Treated like family! I stay at this particular location for the close proximity to my mother who is in a nursing home. I have been treated like family from the very first visit! My check in is usually very late or very early in the morning and they welcome me with a hot beverage, cookies and a friendly smile. There isn't any personal request that isn't fulfilled to the best of their ability. I feel secure and the cleanliness of the room is the best. Breakfast is warm and cozy with fresh coffee, cereals, hot items, fresh fruit and juices, pastires and much more. The flat screen TV is awesome for relaxing and catching up on the news. I give this hotel 5 stars...more if I could! Thank you Holiday Inn Express! February 25, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good and Bad I stayed 2 different times in the same period. The 1st stay was great. The second stay when I checked in and got unpacked I found out that the TV didn't work and there was even a sign stating this. Why would you even rent this room out? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Elizabethtown (PA) stay on 2/9/13 our stay here was really a nice wintertime break for my wife and I. We were greeted at the front desk by courteous staff members during check-in and when we returned from watching the Hershey Bears beat the Binghamton Senators in ice hockey at Giant Arena. The person who tended to the breakfast area on Sunday was also very cordial and her conversation made this a nice way to start our day off. For what our room costed, we both felt this was a great value for our dollar. Would we stay here again, you bet we would. February 15, 2013

We were readily identified as priority club members with snacks and bottles of water. The breakfast bar was quite acceptible! It was a very good place to stay! January 3, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by O.K Stay I stayed at this hotel on a busy weekend for the local college. The room was very clean and the internet was excellent which is a plus for a heavy Netflix user. Had a few problems overall with this hotel. As a loyal Platinum member, was never greeted as being a Priority Club member let alone platinum which is an important part of brand standards. You'll also want to try to avoid staying in room 101. Its right next to an exit going outside and you will definatly here every coming and going out of that door. Only 1 out of the 4 lamps worked in this room. The T.V remote would only work if I was a foot away from the television. Finally, the breakfast choices are the standard Holiday Inn Express smart start breakfast but the room is a tad small and the choices are spread all across the room so if its full it can be quite hard to get to the juice machine.
