We were always greeted - whether we just entered the hotel or walking around inside the hotel or at breakfast. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by UNBELIEVEABLE We were in town for 3 days visiting friends. I must tell that this was the BEST HOTEL experience I have EVER had. The staff makes you feel welcome….all the staff….every member you meet is happy you are there and wants to do whatever they can to make your stay great. They are not pushy, but they are always around. If you just look up, there is someone in eyesight waiting to answer a question or provide help. They genuinely care about you. The breakfast was well above standard in quality and service. I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant in major city and a great one at that. The room was fresh, clean and the sleep was outstanding. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. I stay about 40 nights a year in hotels. So to be my number one out of hundreds is saying something. If you find yourself in Evansville, please do yourself a favor . . . stay here. April 17, 2016

This hotel has great staff that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! On the last day of my stay I got back to my room to find a note thanking me for choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It's the little things that make a difference!
