I have a sensitive back so I was actually in pain by the early morning. But otherwise, it was a lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast and excellent, courteous staff. September 13, 2014

Unknown to me, I go to a 7/11 for about 7-8 items (snacks) ....I pay for my purchase and ask for a bag....The lady at the register looks @ me horrified...She proceeds to tell me that there is a .05$ tax per bag....I mention I just made a $20.00 purchase and need something to put my purchase in to carry back to my car September 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Rack For those with a Navy background, you likely appreciate a "nice Rack" when you encounnter one, ya know a clean dry comfortable bed...AKA ...a "Nice Rack" That is what I was confronted with @ this HIEX and a nice rack always puts a smile on my face, and a spring in my step in the morning...cup o jo to go ...aint bad either... The one challenge was a barking "service dog" in a nearby room, which was quieted immediately after we brought it to the attention of the hotel staff. We highly recommend this hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing While the hotel seemed fine, I find it strange that when you book a room with a king size bed your room does not include a bath tub, just a shower, and after driving 1000 miles my wife was extremely disappointed, which did not sit well with me. I believe this hotel was converted into a Holiday Inn Express as I have stay at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was not the same quality, no bath tub, hard mattress and rough feeling sheets. Oh, and be prepared for long lines for the elevator in the mornings, there are only two and house keeping use the same elevators. September 3, 2014
