Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Oustanding Service We visited the Grand Canyon for sun-up and returned to the hotel a few minutes after breakfast had ended. The 2 staff persons on duty were cleaning up so we felt perhaps we could have some coffee, but hey insisted we relax and have some food that was still out. They engaged us in conversation and were extremely friendly. Coming from the east coast a similar situation would result in a quick, unfriendly "get lost" from staff. It was a great teaching moment for our child. December 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great in every respect except our beds were comfy but soft For the value this is a great hotel except for the beds. they are plump and soft, not supportive. We chose this hotel for the indoor heated pool. The pool, room, breakfast (pancakes, not waffles) and ambience are wonderful. Just don't expect a supportive bed, at least we did not have one on our third floor two queen bed room. December 12, 2014
