Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by unable to accomodate I would have given them 5 stars except for the unwillingness to accommodate me on my next trip. I had been here for 11 nights and was getting ready to book another 11 nights and they were sold out for 2 of the 11 nights. I have always been able to make reservations like this before but the staff wouldn't make the accommodation for me. I spend 300+ nights a year in hotels and this kind of service is expected when you reach platinum elite status year after year. March 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ice storm day! What I liked the most was that they had rooms available. Front desk didn't handle the situation well at all. We over heard about staff calling in...we heard ""no show people"". That was any business of our's! I saw staff sitting down when we arrived at hotel, the housekeepers didn't speak to my family at all. They just looked at us, and heard our story and didn't do a thing for us. But when I got on the phone to call corporate, they got up. We arrived at this hotel approx. at 9:15am it was after 1pm when we were able to check in. March 1, 2015

The hotel has always been quiet, the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Many upgrades have been made during the years we have coming, and we look forward to our next visit. February 26, 2015

The breakfast menu could have been a little more mixed from day to day but I was there for an extended period so that would not apply to most. February 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Feb 2015 Nice hotel. Property was clean and obviously maintained with just 1 glaring exception. That being the faucet knobs in the bathroom. They needed tightening. I overlook this somewhat in my rating because the rest of the hotel appears well maintained. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed not to have a desk in my room but that may have just been the room. More designed around a leisure traveller than a business traveller. I would definitely stay here again.
