Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fitness Room shares a wall with our Guest Room Even though Fitness hours were posted the Fitness Room shares a wall with Room 107. Heard the treadmill thumping late at night and earlier in the morning. Big meeting the next day, was not as rested as I needed to be. Room also smelled stale, as though a smoker had been in a non-smoking room. Have stayed here before on the second floor, much better experience. Good Hotel just would not recommend the first floor Room 107 December 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff I was very tired when I arrived and your desk clerk was a ray of sunshine. So sweet. What I remember most is that even though I was tired - she managed to get in all those necessary "thanks for being a guest," when breakfast was, when housekeeping would be in, have a cookie and several things I don't remember ever being told before. She didn't delay me, but she made me feel like I was the most important person who had checked in all day. I loved the lights that turned off automatically in the bathroom. Housekeeping provided me Regular coffee - no Decaf and were so pleasant doing so. The Christmas tree and decorations were beautiful, but not over-whelming. I actually found the time to just sit and enjoy the quietness of the decorated area. December 6, 2014
