Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too many issues My hotel phone wouldn't work and I went to the front desk to get a valid internet password and to complain about the phone. The desk clerk said she would be right up to look into the problem. Before she arrived I pressed every button on the phone several times then it started to work. When I checked in I was given an internet password written out with the first letter capitalized and I thought everyone knew passwords are case sensitive but apparently not the person who wrote the password down. At breakfast they had only saucers to eat off of, then there were far too few tables and chairs. I had to stand up and wait for one to become free. The person waitting on us was far too interested in filling the coffee drawers than filling the food trays. It wasn't a very pleasant stay with so many things causing issues. December 15, 2014

They welcomed me, they provided excellent service and they were cheerful and seemed to like their jobs. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. There was no noise and I slept great. Thanks for a great visit! December 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smokey rooms We had and entire hockey team (12 rooms booked), and over 80% of them made comments on how they smelled of smoke. We raised the concern to the hotel staff, and they attempted to remediate it with "air-freshner", which we all know lasts but a very short time. Upon checkout the following morning, I raised the concern with the front desk when they asked about my stay. They indicated that the hotel was "just converted to a non-smoking" facility. It was very clear then, that a professional cleaning crew, along with replacement of carpet, drapes, and furniture, was not done to eliminate smoke smell which gets on everything! Had that occurred, this wouldn't have been an issue. The staff did their best, and I don't blame them for the conditions. This should have been considered at a corporate level, and any conversion to a "smoke free" facility, should automatically include replacement of carpets, drapes, and other items in the individual rooms. I did not sleep much that night, and due to thunderstorms that rolled on over night, opening the window was not an option at that time. I would strongly suggest anyone who is staying at this facility, reconsider until repairs are made. October 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable bed and great service We were surprised when we walked into the lobby, it was clean and look very bright. The front desk staff were very courteous and seemed happy with their work. The room was nice and clean and smell good it did not have a musty smell. The bathroom was clean and fresh. Our return trips to Greer/Greenville we will be staying there again. October 15, 2014
