Everyone was friendly. Quiet stay. They partnered with a close-by gym which was remarkable.

Everything was fine for business. Room was clean and comfortable, grounds were nice albeit right off a major road.
I had a small breakfast, it was nice to see that the hours for your complementary breakfast started at 6 am.

There is a government housing development within sight of the hotel, but we didn't have any problems. Mostly this was an urban setting with lots of business and a mall nearby.

The service, i.e. house cleaners and front desk personnel were excellent.
We did not feel comfortable in the bed due to the hardiness of the mattress.

The staff are friendly and willing to help, but not overly ambitious. Our room smelled and is in need of an update. In the past 2 years I've stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The last 4 are probably my last ones, at least until some effort is put into making the hotel a bit nicer. Again, staff were good, the facility...not so much.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Road Warrior-MO Lots of Construction workers and mud in hotel most of the time.
I stayed at this property two times for a total of about 2 weeks. I had two weeks left on my trip in Heath and switched to another property due to it is full most of the time with construction workers tracking in mud and sitting all over the common area in filthy clothing.
I felt like the desk staff and maids did the best they could but who ever is selling rooms might want to consider how many business travelers they are running out the door with selling to this group.
I honestly think the crew had a contest to see who could wear the most filthy clothes and how much mud they can drag into the lobby. The last straw was when they started parking a two ton truck and trailer right in front of the door for about 5 days forcing everyone else to walk around.
The perfect conclusion to the trip-they did not even give me my bonus points on this trip!
