Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The staff makes the hotel Not too often at the peak of check-in, when things are hectic, you're greeted with a genuine smile and friendliness... but that's what happened here. How often are you greeted with a "good morning" by the house keeping staff followed by "have a good day" and felt they meant it... that happened here as well. I have stayed at many high end hotels and not been treated so authentically. Great stay... great hotel... great staff... October 24, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff the staff is very friendly and breakfast has quite a variety. The room is old and beds are horribly hard and too small to sleep two people comfortably. Two outlets didn't work, light in the hall was flickering, and the internet was terrible. Slow and difficult to connect. We are just used to Holiday Inn being a better quality. Price is high for what the room is in comparison to others in the same area. October 20, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry, but I think they have given up!! This is the third time I stayed in this hotel since June 2014. Each time my experience has changed for the worse. This time the bathroom was horrendous. The sheet rock was crumbling, the paint was peeling from the walls, the drains were slow and backed up, the light bulbs needed replacing and ignored by the maid staff and the shower curtain dirty. The bed linens seemed to be stained whether permanently or just unwashed. Didn't want to complain because we changed rooms after checking in because of a strong odor which was explained as new carpet smell. If it wasn't for "Momma" serving breakfast I think we would have checked out early. Its a shame and we were disappointed. October 15, 2014
