I was new to the rewards program and the manager was very nice and answered all my questions regarding the program. November 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was friendly The staff was friendly and for the most part accommodating. The room however, was NOT. Someone had used the toilet and didn't flush which was noticed when we walked into the room! It was not the worst hotel we have stayed in. November 14, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Found property a bit "unclean" While not overtly dirty, the room "seemed dirty" and certainly worn out. Elevators definitely were dirty. Breakfast area had a sanitary rating of "B" rather than "A" and, while a non-smoking property, the numbers of guests smoking right outside the front doors to the lobby was an annoyance. Towels lacked any "fluffiness" and front desk staff did not exude much energy. November 5, 2014

What is exceptional is the staff. Specifically, housekeeping is very friendly, engages the customer with a smile and courtesy, and handles special requests with genuine enthusiasm. (IE; extra coffee and cups) Employee happiness is a quality of only the very best of business atmospheres. Again, this property easily qualifies. November 2, 2014

I always receive the ultimate in care when making reservations and when I'm greeted at the front desk upon arrival. It's like going to my second home. I love it! October 29, 2014
