This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and in a great location. We stayed here prior to an early morning flight out of JFK.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
The room was much quieter than I had anticipated--being right next to JFK and a major thoroughfare.

Liked to location being so close to the airport. Too bad there wasn't a restaurant close by, it would have been convenient.

Loved the location and staff of this hotel. The only thing I did not like was the strange layout of the public areas of the hotel. It felt rather cheap and 1980s-Best Westernish with the glass doors and white floors. Not exactly welcoming like other Holiday Inn Express properties I've been to. But, it may be a regional thing as I primarily travel within the south and west.

This was just a stop over stay, beforing flying out, the next afternoon.
The front desk staff was amazing! From start to finish. The breakfast crew was helpful in seeing me back to my room with loaded trays.
I would stay here again and recommend.

not as nice as the one in Yulee ,FLA
breakfast area seemed to be small compared to other HI express we've stayed at.
parking did not sufficient for the amount of rooms.
we did not have a car but, would've had trouble parking if we did.

Overall it was a pleasing experience. It was snowing that evening and the staff was constantly mopping and cleaning lobby and other areas. The breakfast staff was also readily available for assistance. The manager took initiative to make my stay right. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but chose the new room so I could sleep soundly.
