Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Quiet The hotel is newer and in very good condition. The staff was excellent. There is a very good seafood restaurant very close to the hotel. The location in South Medford turned out to be better than I originally thought it would be. Overall it was a very good experienece. August 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room, nice and quiet Initially I was given a room on the 2nd floor, but there was too much noise there, I asked for a nice quiet room, and when they realized I was platinum (the reservation had gold on it) they got me a nice quiet room on the 4th floor. My only real issue was with the network, I called the IT person who had me put a static IP in my laptop, but that did not correct the issue, it acted as though one of the ports used in setting up a VPN was blocked. Beyond that I enjoyed the stay and rested well. August 9, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by poor front desk service & too expensive As we walked up to the counter there were 4 people behind the counter, and they could only help one person at a time. One fellow was doing his own thing, and the other 3 were helping the same customer, while we waited. This hotel is behind a strip mall, and the entrance is poorly marked, and thus hard to find. Staying at this unremarkable Holiday Inn Express cost more than 2 times the points as our previous reservations at a Holiday Inn resort. How does that work???? August 6, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was Ok We came in about 10:30P.M. We went to our room and went to use the microwave and it quit working after 2 minutes. So we called the front desk and the front desk said they did not have any spares. Then they called us to tell us she forgot to have me fill out an information form. Then we had to ask 3 different times about sign in and passwords for the internet. After driving all day this is not what I wanted to deal with. August 4, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad staff at front desk When I checked in at night on 08/01/2015, the staff at front desk gave me a bad face. She was processing my checked-in, while heads up and looked me twice, like I'm a criminal or something. When I handed in my ID, she did that impolite looking thing again. She didn't greet me as I usually got as a platinum member. She even wrote the password for Wi-Fi wrong. When we got into the room, we had to call front desk twice before we could figure out the correct password. And during these two calls, her attitude was like "can't you read?!". I hope she just had a bad day that night, because this was just a surprisingly bad customer experience that I've never encountered during my stays in any IHG hotels before. August 3, 2015
