Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No service (clean towels), room key issues I had intended to stay for 5 nights, but left a day early due to poor service. My room wasn't cleaned, trash removed, clean towels, etc. My room key had to be rescanned every day I was there, this got old after day one. Th food in the breakfast room was dried out (eggs), and fruit selection was poor,(brown bananas). The elevators contained trash, and in one incident , I returned a spray bottle of cleaning solution and dirty rag to the front desk that had been left in the elevator. The Veterans Park in front of the hotel included the homeless, and unfortunately did not make me feel safe. I did read reviews from this facility prior to booking, but as I had stayed here many times in the past with no issues, I overlooked the comments. Though I will continue to use Holiday Inns in the future, I will not return to this hotel after this experience. July 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent accommodations for a mid-tier hotel There really isn't anything negative to say about this property. The only issue that I had was that our room wasn't available when we first arrived, even though our arrival was 2 hours after the posted room availability. We were still required to wait yet another hour before we received our room keys. Aside from the check-in issue, we had an adequate stay. My daughter utilized the pool and the room was comfortable, although typical in terms of this level of hotel. Noises from the exterior of the hotel were non-existent, but we could here people banging on doors and walking up and down the hallway on our floor. If all you need is a place to lay your head they this is as good an option as any. July 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Aways are great place to stay We always enjoy staying at this hotel when we are in Medford. It has a great location with many different businesses to access as needed. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest changing is the plastic toilet seat. it is quite flexable and there are times when I think it will break. The lighting over the sink is the only ones in the bathroom so the shower area is a little dark but manageable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the area. July 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leisure trip a pleasure. As an IHG gold member, I always first seek out an Holiday Inn Express when I am planning a trip. I know I will find the accommodations to be clean, of good quality and comfortable. Their staff are always friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. My latest visit to Medford, Oregon was no exception - their high standards were apparent. One of my sisters joined me so we could take in a musical performance in the area. The location of the hotel was a good meeting place as we came from different towns. July 22, 2015
