Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Second Stay , not as good as first Good hotel and staff. It's the guest that made our stay sleepless. Two things should never leave the ground floor... herd of cattle and kids! Mother made excuses for her overactive kids staying above us on third floor. Poor design putting family suite above . Breakfast was average, public areas in need of cleaning, especially elevator . January 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfort stop Stopped on my way to St. Louis Mo. from Fort Worth Tx, motel was easy to check in at a late hour. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stopover on Holiday travel When my family and I travel we try and stay at Holiday inn Express, as they are within our budget, clean, have a pool for our children. On this stay it was not the case. Front desk, breakfast staff, were not concerned about our stay. The mattresses in our room were awful! Most electric outlets have two places to plug in, behind our nightstand, one of the two plugs did not work, so when we tried to turn on the lamp, it would not go on, seeing the clock worked, I assumed it was the bulb, so I switched it with another lamp in our room, still did not work, after pulling our night stand and further researching was when we realized the plug did not work. A lot of hassle to do after a long day of driving, we just wanted to relax and sleep. We need a CPAP plugged in as well. Upon check out in the morning at a busy time, I had to call out for staff, as they were behind divider, laughing and talking loud. Breakfast area was not fresh or inviting either. Very disappointed!! My experience with HI Express has been consistent and satisfying. As they say, the best surprise is no surprise and I know I can count on a comfortable stay every time. January 1, 2015
