Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Morehead As usual for me, I arrived at the hotel in the evening and found they had a room for me. I chose the King bed and Non-Smoking. The heating system seemed to work even though by morning it sure did not feel like the temperature that I had set before retiring for the night. The main complaint was the nasty sag in the middle of the bed mattress. I posted the complaint to the Front Desk at checkout. The staff member gave me a sizable discount on the room, which I certainly appreciated. She discovered that the mattress was on the list for replacement but it was not replaced before I arrived. The bathroom fan did not seem to be functional. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this establishment. October 22, 2014

The only issues we had was that the room was small compared to other HIEs and the air conditioning was hard to regulate - it was either on and got too cold or off and got too warm. October 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PLatinum Upgrade I don't travel as much for work as I once did. I'm platinum level because I use my IHG credit card for nearly everything. So I had a free upgrade to a suite which was gigantic. It was just me and I didn't need or use the sofabed in the extra room. Didn't use that room at all. I DID take advantage of the big jacuzzi tub to relax. Bliss. October 14, 2014

The staff was very helpful when I called ahead for an exit number off the highway giving me extra details as well. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff is available and attentive to the guests. The hotel is clean and peaceful. I slept well. No excessive noise. Comfortable bedding. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.
