My wife and I have stayed at this location many times over the last 10 years and will probably continue to do so due to its convenient location for our travels. However, we have noticed a continual rise in pricing. Most everything was good our last trip (with a stay going and a stay returning) but we highly recommend the management reconsider its policy of not providing a channel guide for the TV stations--very frustrating and time wasting! Also, the entry door light was out in our room and the pancake machine wasn't working. But, all in all, a nice location. August 18, 2015

Tired from traveling we still wanted to stay at a holiday inn property, it was very pricey and they made mistake on bill which needed to be corrected. The room was hot and unbearable, the hallways and laundry room the same, air conditioner in room not working and after a shower it was miserable. Room only had 1 towel , wash cloth and hand towel, we requested towels but they only had pool towels.the Internet did not work even after several try's and requests, it resulted in higher charges on our phone bill because of media use. Limited T.V. Reception. Room was dirty and garbage from someone else was behind end table. No mouthwash or other items in room. The breakfast room was dirty and not supplied, when you walked on floor your feet stuck to it. We waited for food but gave up and took what was available. No milk for cereal, hot food not ready, just very disappointing. Women in breakfast room seemed angry with her job. We were traveling to Missouri to drop grandchildren off and avoided this place on way home. We just slept in our car then drove on to Niagra Falls for a stay ..I normally do not complain but this was very unpleasant . The pool was also dirty and I would not use it. I would never stay here again.. August 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, but that's about it. Stayed for a Friday night. We were woken up by a fight in the hallway. I would have thought with noise that loud security would have intervened. My wife forgot her dress in the bathroom so we called an hour after we checked out and asked if they would mail it to us. They took our name, number and address and said the manager would get back to us. We called back on Sunday, and they said they had the dress and on Monday the manager can mail them out. Monday, we called back and asked to speak with a manager and did not get a return call. A week later, we called back because we still didn't get the dress. Finally, they said, they didn't have the dress, it had been lost. Poor customer service in my opinion. August 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not your usual IHG Hotel We were very disappointed with our stay as it was not at all like our experiences with other IHG brands. The room wasn't clean, the cleaning staff skipped our room one day (as well as others in the hallway), the front desk staff weren't very polite (and not always present), and the overall upkeep and maintenance isn't great. I'm a little surprised that this is an IHG hotel as it certainly isn't up to the way others are that we have stayed in. August 9, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The room was fine, but the quality of the staff was poor. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms properly. The did not empty the waste baskets, replace the towels or replenish the toilet paper. The front desk was not occupied whenever I went down and I had to call out each time for service. The front desk personnel acted indifferent. The breakfast options were limited and they ran out of things such as 2?% milk. Considering the high room rate, I felt very cheated. The only positive thing was the location to where we were visiting. During the next visit, we will stay at a less desirable location. August 2, 2015
