It was broke at my last visit and they only have 1 machine. This property is operating at a deficit compared to other HIE properties I frequent. January 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by STAFF gets one star :( I had the worst experience I have ever had with an IHG Brand hotel here. Staff lost my reservation at check in and then charged me incorrectly. I was billed a different amount than the amount on my receipt, and the hotel did nothing to solve my problems despite numerous calls and involving guest relations. Stay at another IHG hotel in the Cleveland area. Also no gym at the hotel, you have to drive 5 miles to the nearest gym. January 25, 2015
