Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Improvement This property left a lot to be desired! The check in process went smoothly but as we walked back to the room it was a little disconcerting to see a number of the rooms propped open at 1AM. The carpet in the room was very stained, no towels in the bathroom, and the shower was patched in an unsightly manner. I'm going to assume the crack in the shower allowed water to seep under the tub and start molding due to the smell in the bathroom. The breakfast area was in a serious need of cleaning as well. The door to the food area was propped open and it was so dirty I picked the prepackaged oatmeal instead of anything else. The cinnamon rolls that are the signature and guaranteed weren't even there but then again the food prep area would have deterred me from eating those as well. Needs a major clean up to make it worth the pricing/stay. September 21, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service Good price value . My stay was good except for a musty smell throughout the hotel. My big issue was I never received my IHG points during my stay . After multiple calls to the hotel and the staff saying the manager would call me back, I emailed Ihg customer service . Over a month later I finally was credited my points . Management obviously didn't care enough to call me back. I won't be back to this location . September 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Computer down, not enough food, no washcloths When husband checked in $50.00 CASH was required because their computers were down and couldn't confirm our "membership." My husband requested a receipt for the cash and the lady gave him a hard time and really acted like she didn't know WHY he'd want one #with the computer being down, there was no guarantee that he'd get it returned#. After we went out to eat dinner, we came back to the hotel and found a dirty #or two# dirty towels behind the wastepaper basket in the bathroom. And when we went to take our showers, there were NO washcloths #and just two hand and bath towels---no extras#. Next morning at breakfast @ 9:00 am there was only 1/2 egg omelet* left and no sausage. It would have been nice to have a whole one*. September 2, 2015
