I need a wheelchair accessible room and the staff is always very accommodating and willing to help me if I need it. I have stayed in both W/C accessible rooms and both are set up well and easy for me to function in. While not heavy on the frills, when I am in the area (once or twice a year) I always plan to stay here. May 20, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dont Stay This was one of the highest priced Holiday inn Express I ever stay in. They are cutting cost buy cutting the breakfast foods in quarters. Did they use soap when they washed my sheets? I made the mistake thinking it was just a bad day no, came back later that same week. Priority Club you have a place to mark a hotel as a favorite you need to add a spot to mark to avoid this location. I am a Priority Club member for close to 15 yr maybe more. Also a vacation club member and own a condo in orange lake. In 15 years I have never needed to do this before. April 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just like home I have stayed at this location numerous times and am always impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They go out of their way to assure the comfort of their guests, and in my view that is the point of the hospitality business in general. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and everything WORKS! The location is great, with lots of good retail and dining establishments, and the proximity to I 271 makes it ideal for doing business across the greater Cleveland and Akron areas. I always look forward to trips where I can settle in for a few days of quiet comfort at this HIX, January 30, 2013
