Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service but need better curtains. The rooms need better and darker curtains. Headlights from vehicles were shining through the windows with very thin curtains that could be seen through. It made you feel like people could be watching you. March 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not stay here I am platinum. I booked the larger suite via the IHG app. Upon arriving I was told that they overbooked and gave away my room. I was made 30 min late for a concert at the casino. Manager was not around. The poor girl at the front desk was calling them every 5 minutes. I had to call IHG customer service myself. Worse treatment I've ever gotten at a hotel. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple extra miles if going to the casino. March 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff!!! As other business travelers might agree -- sometimes when you check into a hotel it seems like a hotel and other times it feels like "home". In the case of the Holiday Inn Express (Oakwood Village), the friendly, caring, welcoming style of Sharron and Fredisha is an excellent example of making a hotel feel like "home". Their warm, smiling and courteous style combined with their genuine desire to ensure that the hotel provided all comforts possible have inspired me to respond with this review. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have the opportunity to enjoy the 10+ service that is provided by Sharron and Fredisha. Excellent job -- I would definitely stay here in the future based on the great service provided!!! March 8, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean rooms Staff was excellent, and my room was extremely clean. Breakfast options were very good too. Only had 3-4 nights of restless sleep due to kids constantly running up and down the hallways, and jumping off beds which made it sound like they were coming through the ceiling. Staff could have been a bit more attentive to this issue, especially since all the activity (kids running around) was always after 10pm. February 24, 2015
