Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor air conditioning control, no towels or toiltries When we checked in the room had the following porblems: TV remote did not work There were no towels in the room There were no toiletries in the room The air conditioning controls did not work properly No upgrade available for Platinum member Eating area is tiny Pool area looked nice, but did not use. One good note was they offered use of a fitness center 5 minutes except it is a 24 hour gym with no one working there at night. We could not get in the door until a gym member let us in. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely not a Holiday Inn experience The room was poorly stocked missing wash cloths and soaps. Breakfast bar was very poor. Refrigerator was warm and yogurts were past expiration date. We are Gold Elite members and will avoid this hotel in the future. July 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Had a nice stay, great staff. Nice room and great grounds and will stay at this property again in the future. Next visit I will check out the brekfast service as well as the pool and Happy hour was very nice they had a nice selection of drinks and bits to eat. They also had nice cold water at the front desk and assortment of candy, and maps and news papers. The only problem they had was with drink machine the dollar exchange was not working and no one at the desk had change. July 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Holiday Inn Express Quality This hotel did not live up to the Holiday Inn Express standards I'm used to. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. The front desk clerk said, "I need a form of payment and id". The room was clean but had stains on the carpet and the mattress was older and had springs poking through. We arrived at breakfast at 9:00 (served till 9:30), there were no signature cinnamon rolls out. When the cinnamon rolls were finally brought out at 9:15, there were only 4 in the tray of 8 and they were cold. July 14, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as most HIE The room was great and the service from staff was great. Check-in an ridiculous because we were there after check-in time and the room was not ready. We didn't have shampoo/conditioner in the room. I overheard that it hadn't been ordered however the front desk staff was able to dig something up even though it was clearly not the brand of the other toiletries in the room. The hot tub and sauna were both not working while we were there, which I know was unlucky, but it would have been nice to have an out of order sign on both rather than just one of them. July 9, 2015
