Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Rewards club I don't understand the advantages of the club. The ads mention free WIFI, free newspaper but every guest gets this. I know we get points but I don't see mine getting me anything very fast. I used to get a welcome package of maybe candy or a cookie and a bottle of water. What happened to that? The hotel that I stay in has cut back on their choices for breakfast. (Can no longer get pancakes). Also they need to find a better way of keeping the hot foods hot. The staff is always very polite and welcoming and the rooms are nice. December 28, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Penn Square We reserved two rooms for two nights however we cancelled one of the rooms for the second night since it faced a busy, and very loud, road. I asked the front desk clerk to switch my room however she seemed annoyed at my request and simply said that she could not move me. As a result I cancelled the room and booked elsewhere. The second room we had was much quieter and provided a better experience. The kids enjoyed the small indoor heated pool. December 24, 2014

Courteous staff and convenient location but it was obvious that the fitness center had been neglected for a long time. If you want to use the treadmills at this location call in advance to ensure that they have been repaired or replaced. December 19, 2014
