The worst thing about this hotel is that it is located right on Rte 17 in New Jersey, which must be one of the most nightmarish roads I've ever dealt with. The traffic is heavy and the drivers apparently never grasped the concept of road safety.
That said, it is a serviceable hotel. I recommend that HI Express in Carlstadt, which is just a few miles away, even more highly.

I say I was LUCKY to choose this hotel in Paramus whilst visiting family and not wishing to impose on their offered hospitality.
The hotel is made by the total quality of the staff, the comfort of the most important item.....THE BED....and the excellent quick self service breakfast....in short, this hotel offers EXCELLENT value for money.
Thank you to all who made this visit so memorable, you WILL see us again.

I come to the area to work in the NJ, NYC, LI areas and always choose this property from many choices. The people and management make the difference. They always bend over backwards to make you feel at home and comfortable. Even on vacation recently, my wife and I stayed here overnight on our trip south. I would recommend this property highly.

Nothing much to rave about. Basic property. Going through renovations or something during our stay which did help the feeling of the hotel at all. Fitness room is worthless.

I have stayed in this hotel before and I am very comfortable here; good, safe, clean and friendly place.
This time I have a very late flight (and the first leg alone is over 15 hours flight) and asked if they could give me a later than the usual 2pm extended checkout time they usually give you. That was impossible even though I asked many days ahead of time. As a gold member I was hoping for a little more flexibility. When I asked if the hotel was fully booked, he said no, it was so the cleaning help could finish in time?????

They have great staff there. They know how to make their customer happy. I complained about not having bottled water at the rooms and one of the staffs just gave me a free bottled water. They room key machine didn't work and they gave me 3000 club points as a compensation. I didn't even ask for... This hotel is kind of old but still in a good shape. Breakfast is also good.

Because of the renovation the hall we were in was not very good. The room was nice but the hall made you feel you were in a bd hotel. Perhaps dropping the rate should have happened.
