They put water and snacks out for us and have cookies in the evening/afternoon (if you get there in time!!) Always recommend the HIE for anyone staying in the Pecos area. October 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My 3 year experience at this hotel I have stayed at this hotel at least once a month for the last 3 years and since my first visit I have not seen any effort to improve their service. First thing, I'm sure 100% of their guests work in the oilfield, meaning at least half of the guests are DAY SLEEPERS and rooms get cleaned up only in the morning; so, guests have to clean their rooms, guests have to take out the trash, etc. Also, laundry room is locked at nights, you have to go somewhere else to do your laundry. Since day sleepers wake up late, we have to check out late. My complain is that we can't get a zero balance receipt needed to report expenses to our companies; they say they will email it next morning and then you have to call them back several times the next couple of days because they never do it.
