Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer! We were on a Bucket Trip and the stop in Pecos gave us the sweetest memories. Thanks to DeAndrea and the whole staff, we enjoyed our stay so much and if we could have stayed another day/night ,we would have.! However, we had people to see and kiss so sadly we had to go.!! Thanks to all. P.S. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Amarillo, we decided to join the Rewards Program! July 31, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The breakfast. The breakfast was horrid. Refrigerator had warm milk, yogurt. No hot water, for tea, cereal or anything else. I was there for 2 mornings. The second morning was a little better. I thought for the price of the rooms, things should have been . July 31, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and Horrible service Breakfast was horrible. Granted it is free, but their Cold breakfast was HOT and their hot breakfast was COLD. Front desk came in and said they had issues in the kitchen so we were only going to get what was out. Tables were dirty and they were out of utensils. Ironing board and iron were broken in room. Called front desk for replacement and an hour and a half later, still no replacement. Called back to front desk to let them know that I no longer need them and I was heading to store to purchase my own, their response was "OK". That is all, won't be going back! July 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a very good hotel I have been staying at this hotel for the past four months and the breakfast is always the same I know for a fact they can get better food because I worked for Sysco and Sysco is the food service who delivers to holiday inns all over . I have always stayed at holiday inns and this by far the worst. The staff is great except for the manager she is either never here or always locked up in her office and also a front desk personnel stinks very bad you would think the manager would say something about her hygiene. Also nothing never gets fixed around here and the pool is very very nasty. July 21, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cansado If this had been my first stay at HIE it would have been my last. The problems appeared to stem from the fact that there was not enough staff. Those that were there did the best they could, but one person cannot cover all positions effectively. July 14, 2014
