Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pecos, Texas The price for the room is VERY HIGH for the quality. I stayed there eight nights. The coffee maker in the room was broke. I told the front desk twice and finally received a different coffee maker for the room. The maid REFUSED to clean the coffee maker. I complained three times to the front desk about her not cleaning it and it NEVER got done. November 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service The team in Pecos went above and beyond on customer service. I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were. The breakfast was awesome and got really good rest in the quiet comfortable room. I have to say this was the overall best hotel that I have ever been in and would highly recommend to anyone that will be in the area. Thanks again!!! September 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate hotel but poor value The hotel was adequate for our needs. However, the value of the hotel was very poor and overpriced. We were on a long trip and needed to do laundry. There was only one washer and dryer available for public use and people waiting to use it (because there were many blue collar men staying in the hotel that needed the use of it for their uniforms). More laundry facilities should be made available. August 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very happy We came for a church anniversary and the hotel was close to the church. we got a good rate the front desk staff were very nice the property was kept up it looked good to be 5 years old. the beds were the best beds ive slept in!! i would for sure recommend this hotel for any occasion! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Holiday Inn Express Quality We checked in yesterday with 3 rooms. Staff asked for all 3 id's (not all 3 were at the counter) I stay at IHG hotels all over and this is a first. She was not very friendly about asking for the id's and made us take them out of our wallets. Hotel looks run down and then I got a smoking room that smelled horribly like smoke. We will stay somewhere else next time. Clean up and be nice! August 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer! We were on a Bucket Trip and the stop in Pecos gave us the sweetest memories. Thanks to DeAndrea and the whole staff, we enjoyed our stay so much and if we could have stayed another day/night ,we would have.! However, we had people to see and kiss so sadly we had to go.!! Thanks to all. P.S. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Amarillo, we decided to join the Rewards Program! July 31, 2014
