I would not stay at this property or any other Holiday Inn (Express) again. Every property I've ever stayed at has issues with their business centers. They typically have non-functional equipment and don't have the most basic software (MS Office Word / Excel). How is a business traveler supposed to use your hotels???

Overall, the hotel met all of my needs and was comfortable, clean and convenient. You will find that they will provide all you need for a comfortable stay.

the hotel and room were sufficient for my needs whilst in Phoenix - it was only a short break of a few days hence did not use all the facilities available to guest.
Good staff always willing to assist if necessary

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Phoenix/Chandler (Ahwatukee) for two nights, one night paid with reward points & the other paid by credit card. On the 1st night it was late, about 3 am before I got into bed & I noticed a round brown stain & several hairs on the sheet. I called the front desk & the staff member did not have clean sheets or another room available. The staff member did not have a key to the housekeeping linen closet. I was afraid to sleep in the bed so I slept on top of the bed with one towel. I had already used the other towel for my shower. I was very disappointed that the front desk staff member was not able to provide me with clean sheets. The next morning I brought the dirty sheet down to a different staff member & she arranged for another room for my second night at no charge. She said the manager Eric was off during the weekend but he would call me on Monday & would arrange for my reward points to be credited back to my account. I never received a call from Eric. I only received an email from him 3 days later stating that he thought one free night was sufficient compensation since it was not a blood stain on the sheets. So he refused to credit my rewards points back to my account.. I emailed him back to let him know that I was not satisfied with his decision. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Hotel again.

The rooms were adequate for the price that you would pay. No major issues there, (a missing towel here, missing conditioner there.) The front desk staff were no-where to be seen. Waited a long time for check-in and not because of a line of people. Breakfast was adequate, though the tables were messy (again, no one around.) I will say the cleaning staff were great; friendly and accommodating, a nice change.
Stay here if you have to, but look around because there are lots of options.

Very disappointed with service and noise. Upon arrival, found we had been placed exactly where we had asked not to be. Then when we asked if the back door was accessible to be opened by room keycard, front desk had no clue one way or other. (It could). No soap in room, called and was brought shampoo. Asked for soap, waited again and was finally brought a bar. Platinum card holder, and was given room directly across from LOUD EMPLOYEES AND HOTEL LAUNDRY. THEY began at 6 or 6:30 am. Will never use this site again. Will not recommend. Good thing we have stayed in better with IHG or would never use again.
