I stayed two nights here while attending a conference in the Greenville, SC area. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard fare, but good and filling. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk and breakfast staff were extrememly nice and helpful. However, the room wasn't the cleanest I've seen. In the bathroom it looked like there had been water damage behind the toilet and the tiles had never been replaced afterward. The room was also really out of date in terms of the furniture and fridge/microwave combo. It looked like a college dorm somewhat.
The nightstand had the hindge broken off. All in all, it's A OK for a quick one night stop over, but I wouldn't want to stay many nights there in the room I was in.

Room was right next to the elevator but worse was the duct work right outside the door running in the ceiling into the bath. It vibrated very loudly in the bathroom and into the bedroom all night long. Not much sleep even with earplugs.

Staff went above and beyond making my stay enjoyable. Ms. Elizabeth adds a special touch of home with her wonderful breakfast service and Front Desk Staff went ouot of their way to assure I was comfortable. Location is convienent and always feel safe - important to me as I travel alone.

I had a great stay - just driving through and needed a place to stop for the night. As usual with Holiday Inn Express, the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The fridge and microwave were great too! The bed and pillows were comfy and it is nice to have different levels of firmness to choose from. The upgraded me (no charge) to a jacuzzi tub room, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The hotel wasn't crowded and they allowed me to have a late check-out, which was nice. The breakfast was good - the usual fare - and the lady who was restocking food was very friendly. The woman who checked me in at night was very friendly as well. When I checked out, that woman wasn't rude or anything, but just not as friendly - but who knows, maybe she was having a bad day. This hotel seemed to be in a safe part of town and has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I like the comfortable pillows for side sleepers.
Breakfast was OK.
My room was not cleaned as well as I would like. I'm not a neat freak but the microwave door and stains on it that would not come off making it appear very dirty. There were crumbs under the chest of drawers.
The fitness center did not have towels or sanitizing wipes to use on the equipment.

We have stayed at a few different H I E's and always seems to be some type of issue but not here..... everything was great from the location to the room and the outstanding breakfast and the staff actually spoke to us.

the room was dirty and uncomfortable. there is mildew on the shower. there was a substance on the wall next to the toilet that i do not wish to think about. the refrigerator did not work. If it had not been for the fact that I was dead tired and needed the sleep more than anything I would have spent a lot of time telling the manager exactly what I thought of the room. i will not recommend this location to anyone.
