Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mold!!!!! **STAY AWAY*** Shower head full of mold!! In fact, due to moisture, the entire shower area smelt of mold and wood starting to fall apart. Room was not clean, including the duvet. Co-worker room had the same issue. The entire hotel also had a distant smell, possibly mold. October 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 paid cash and still charged on my Visa upon check in I paid cash for my entire stay and they charged my credit card and still have not credited. I have called them 3 times, the front desk manager, doesn't care, poor attitude and even told me she could not locate my prior reservation to prove I stayed there Oct 7 - Oct 9. She then asked for my credit number over the phone, which I refused to give out my card number over the phone. I ended up hanging up with her as she was not able to help me. I still have a charge of $215.45 on my Visa since Oct 9th. this is unacceptable. Not happy with this location. October 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Amenities and Response to Issues I've stayed at this hotel for several weeks and one more to go unfortunately due to a project. I and my travelling colleagues have asked the hotel staff on at least 5 occassions to resolve an issue with their television system. The channels above 32 are not available in the evening and this includes all the loca (ABC,CSB,NBC,Fox) stations, still not resolved. The hotel has no ESPN channels at all! Even though the hotel lists ESPN and ESPN2 as available channels. Breaksfast is average at best! Hotel feels and appears old, showers and bath rooms are old. The most disappointing aspect is that with all the complaints by myself and travelling colleagues not once has a manager or anyone followed-up to resolve the issues. Being away from home with no respectable TV service makes for a long visit. I am a fan of IHG and Holiday Inn but in this case in South Boston stay at the other hotel in town if at all possible.
