The one thing that is nice about staying at this type of hotel is a consistency among the brand. For the most part noted getting when you book to this type of hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by slow internet Slow internet, unclean bathroom. Check the floor in the bathroom.Work in hall was nosie and paint smell was bad. Ladies at the front desk were extra nice in trying to help. Beds were nice and clean. The cost was way to high with the internet problems and work being done at the time of my stay. May 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff When we arrived, all of the computers were down. They went out of their way to make check-in as easy as possible. During the night, my husband became very ill. I needed to get him back home to his doctors. I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning and they were very helpful in getting us on our way. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newly renovated, clean. Great staff This hotel is still being renovated, they ask for your patience while they do so, we saw no sign of a mess anywhere. Our room was really nice and clean, the staff were great, very friendly. Breakfast was a buffet, lots of choices hot and cold. April 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I pardoned the construction dust and had a great stay. Had a great stay for the USS Conserver (ARS 39) Reunion in Downtown Charleston - stayed in Summerville and saved money. It's right on Interstate 26. Remodeling was in full swing in the room hallways but did not interfere with the enjoyment of and rest in my room. Nice breakfast spread in the morning gets the day started off on the right foot. The staff was top notch and responsive. I'd certainly consider staying again the next time I find myself in Summerville/Charleston, SC. My wife is a smoker and was able to get a smoking room - that scores points for her... thanks. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Night Hotel was under "renovation" and was in disrepair. The rooms stunk of some "deodorizer/cover-up" from the cigarettes that were apparently smoked in the room hours before I got there. No orange juice for breakfast. No upgrades for Platinum Member. Hotel was full-priced and the most expensive one in Summerville. I'd rather drive an hour to a different hotel than stay here again. April 27, 2015
