The motel and infrastructure needs updated. I have to write up to 50 characters so I will continue. My point is that I felt the pool was never clean, Pol towels were rarely available. Staff made myself and the other feel like a nuisance.

Good location; safe place to stay; good breakfast; nice room fourth floor; nice view from room; Awesome shower; Great TV Selection.

OK nice place, close to Yankee spring training BUT...........
The elevators never seem to work. This was our first time here. Would like to return but they put us on the 4th (top) floor. Only one of the two elevators worked & the elevator button on the 4th floor didn't work. They wanted you to call them at the desk (good luck at check-out / check-in time) when you wanted the elevator. The folks at the front desk didn't seem to care.
Spoke to several business & vacations customers staying there. Learned that this is a common problem with this hotel. I was told that neither elevator work last year. Seems like this is a constant problem at this hotel!!!!!!!
HOLIDAY INN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE NOTE!!!!!
Would love to stay there again because it is closed to Spring training but this is making me look for another hotel!!!!!

Having stayed at this property 3 or 4 times in the past...I was not prepared for the number of problems encountered on my most recent stay.
Fire Alarms going off intermittently...the ONE working Elevator out of commission four or five different times during the long weekend. Having booked our room on the 4th floor made this an extreme inconvienence.
Shuttle service to GMS Field (Spring Training games site) was only utilized once..as we were dropped OFF..told that there would be no shuttle back to the hotel after the game ('too many fights amongst the guests trying to board the return shuttles"...??)
NEVER saw a stack of pool towels at the exit/entrance door to the pool area..yet we are NOT to use the room towels?
Never more than ONE employee at the reception/check-in desk and they were ALWAYS backed up with either check-ins/check-outs...could not get an answer to anything...elevator service?, shuttle service?, general information?...nothing. Upside of our visit was the Breakfast crew and Housekeeping...very accomodating and professional.

We were staied 3-14-2015 ~ 3-16-2015.
10:00 pm, We were getting cold than Turn on the heater.
But,Heater doesn`t work.
My wife and me catched cold.
Out side many people talking and makeing noisy.
We cannot recommend.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years and have always been pleased. We did notice on this trip that the furnishings are a little "tired" and need to be replaced. The breakfast, as usual, was very nice with many choices available. We did miss the "Manager's Reception" which had been available in past years.

GM was very nice when I called to complain about the 4 am party that kept my wife and daughter up all night. While nice, she did not follow-up on the few items she promised me she would do. I called Guest Relations and still did not get the follow up that was promised.
After complaining to the GM and IHG guest relationships, my wife got a 3:30 am wake call from the front desk the next morning.
I would not stay here again or let my wife and daughter stay here again due to the lack of security and retaliation for complaining when a problem occurs.
Several promises were made, none have been kept. Not good business practices and certainly not my experience with the majority of IHG properties I stay at around the world. Take your chances at this property, but for me and mine.....never again.

Overall I was pleased with our stay for 3 night in March. Walking distance to Spring Training was great. Room & breakfast was very good. One of two elevators not working the 1st 2 days and then the other broke the last day. Not good at all. Many customers were very upset as were we... Ice machines was an issue and staff at front desk needs to do a better job communicating with customers. You need to provide many more newspapers each day even at a cost..
