Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and pillows but very loud A/C Holiday Inn provided wonderful pillows that were soft and large. The bed was also very comfortable. The Air conditioner on the other hand was extremely loud so much so that we had to turn it off to sleep. The hallway noise was very loud due to guests coming in after midnight and not have the courtesy of other guests that were trying to sleep. April 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old tired worn out hotel The bath tub surface was peeling off, the bed was old and uncomfortable, breakfast had no meat and the worst was after walking around the room barefoot in the morning I stepped into the shower and as the water reached my feet watched the water turn black from all the filth washing off my feet from the terribly dirty carpet. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service - We Enjoyed Our Stay! We stayed at this hotel to visit our daughter who attends ASU Barrett. The location could not have been more convenient for us. Each employee of the hotel, from the front desk staff and the shuttle driver, to the housekeepers and maintenance staff, were friendly and helpful. I can't think of a time that any of them did not acknowledge us with a smile and a hello. The shuttle service from and to the airport was prompt and convenient, and the driver was very knowledgeable about the area, giving us a great first impression. I thought breakfast offered plenty of options and was tasty too! The pool and pool area are small (but it is as big as it could be given its location) and there were only two lounge chairs, but we solved that problem by purchasing a few air mattresses and floating around on those. We usually had to ask for pool towels, but I am guessing that is on purpose to keep wasteful use to a minimum, and each time they were brought out to the pool immediately. The rooms are very standard, but very clean and decorated nicely. The only negative things I can think of were that the fan in our room was a little loud, and it was sometimes hard to hear the television when the air kicked on, and the jets in the hot tub did not work during our visit (but it was still very warm and relaxing even without jets). I think all in all that the hotel has done everything possible to give their guests a great stay at a great value. April 1, 2015
