Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by no housekeeping??????? I had the room for 2 nights for all day classes I had for 3 days. I only live 40 minutes away, but my husband suggested I stay since it was from early morning until late at night. When I came back to the room at 9:45 pm, after an extremely long day in classes, my room hadn't been cleaned. I went down to the desk, and a new part time person said it showed I had checked out. I said so they don't even clean the rooms when someone checks out? Then the night manager comes in the front door, and finally finds me and said oh well I'm sorry I'll leave a note for housekeeping and tell them they "screwed up". So I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper, which the new guy gives me 2 partial rolls, then the manager gives me a new roll, but there were no clean cups or coffee in the room. They didn't offer anything else, just that they would leave a note for housekeeping. Very disappointing. We were on the 3rd floor and you couldn't even breathe for the cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. July 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Reservations were easy to make online, check in was quick an efficient. The room was clean and fresh. In room refrigerator was nice size and located conveniently. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and easy to use. The staff at the front desk was excellent. I forgot my tickets to an event I was attending and had them emailed to me. The front staff printed the tickets for me quickly and saved me from missing my event!! Thank you!! July 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and poor maintenance We were checked into a room that was already occupied. When we got changed to another room the carpet was not vacuumed, room not very clean and tub didn't drain. No one in our family showered because the tub hardly drained and was nasty!!!! I am glad but mad that I wasted my reward room on this one but glad I didn't pay for it. July 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by You should get what you booked... I was and am very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. I booked a double room - specifically requested a double room -- specifically explained that I needed a double room and was told that I would have a double room. When I arrived the folks at the desk told me that I did not request a double room and showed me on their system that they show that I had requested a King Size bed with a pull out. I pulled out my reservation and showed them what I had requested (double room) and explained that I had specifically put on the reservation that there would be two adults and one child. Once the clerk saw my reservation, he became somewhat insolent with me, but did offer me a double smoking room (I was surprised because I thought all rooms were non-smoking). I politely explained to the clerk that I had a child with me and I would not expose her to a smoking room. He then made the excuse that the hotel was over booked. I reluctantly accepted the room (not much other choice), but was not thrilled about it. On the second day, house keeping failed to replenish the towels in our room, in fact removed all the bath towels and failed to leave new ones. When I went to the front desk to request towels, the same clerk questioned me about why I did not have towels. My experience, along with my families was not the best and definitely not in line with what we have come to expect at other IHG hotels. In fact, the treatment received at this location may have been the worst we've experienced at any hotel. I hope it was the exception and not the norm. July 1, 2015
