Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Continuing downwards We have stayed at this facility several times over the past five years - and each time it is a little bit more run down. Definitely in need of an over haul; rooms are shabby & worn looking as are hallways. No acknowledgement of being a platinum member - when I asked about any possible upgrades, the desk clerk didn't know what that meant? Really? Good location, but definitely falling in quality December 31, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Property in bad repair and service variable Upon arrival it took desk clerk three tries to find a usable room even though we had requested room 101 when making our reservation. It was not ready. Room 108 was assigned even though the heating and AC unit was dismantled and laying all over the floor. Moved us to Room 104 and the door would not lock after we moved in and were leaving to attend church. Time was getting short. Finally moved us to Room 101. During our four night stay the TV did not match the directory until the end of our stay. The coffee pot had to sit on the floor in order to reach an outlet and was not serviced on the last night of our stay. December 31, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience I am normally greeted as a platinum rewards member with a gift bag at check in. Non was giving yet I could see them at the end of the counter. I could smell sewer water coming from my sink and the water smelled terrible while taking a shower. I spoke to the manager and nothing was resolved. December 20, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One fo the worse high dollar motel I ever stayed in. This is a very disgusting place to stay for over $100 a night. The rooms have no in room lighting at all. Have to use cell phone light to unpack. The window curtain does not block all out side light. Rugs are old and dirty. Bed spreads were dirty and smelly When I made reservations I requested a small refrigerator in room, (for my insulin). When I ask why I did not have one in my room the desk clerk said that would be more money. Outside my window was a all night truck stop approximately. 100 ft. away. Very noisy November 28, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay at this hotel. This hotel was not our first choice and we will not stay here again. The bed did not have a mattress pad on it the first night and when I requested one the front desk person said they didn't usually put those on the beds. He did have someone find one and had it put on the bed but it wasn't much. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were small and worn. Breakfast at 6:30AM was nice since my husband had to be on a job site at 7AM. However, the eggs were lukewarm at that time and there were no oatmeal packets available which I think could easily be a staple on a breakfast bar. I told the front desk clerk at check in that we would be paying with a different credit card at check out, not the one I gave her at that time. Instead, when my husband checked out six nights later, he was told that the card had already been run through and they couldn't change that. A string of disappointments during the entire stay will not have us returning here, although his job will be sending him back to the area periodically. November 5, 2013
