Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room not ready Upon assignment to our room, my wife and I noticed some errors in our room set up. First thing we noticed was the lack of a customer information packet, usually containing info about the area, dining areas, television channels, etc. In addition to this we noticed that the telephone, microwave, refrigerator, desk with lamp and chair, easy chair and coffee maker all items normally found in a room of this quality were also missing. When I told the individuals on duty, they tried to connect a telephone up in the room, but that didn't work, and as to the items missing from the room I was told that sometimes customers request to have items taken out for their needs, which I understand, but I don't see why all of the items missing at once. It looked as though the room was being repaired or upgraded and should not have been rented at all. November 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not recommended.... I have stayed in a lot of hotels, mostly for business travel. This place by far is one of the worst ones I have stayed in. The front desk was very unfriendly and there was no recognition for even being an IHG Gold member. We were denied check in at 2:30pm, told we had to wait till 4:00pm even though there was only two cars in the parking lot. Once we finally got to the room, it smelled like an ashtray. Returned to the front desk to request another room, which appeared to be a huge burden upon the person working at the time and absolutely no apologies. Was told all rooms were non-smoking, which I wasn't disputing, just saying the room smelled like smoke. Once we got the new room we discovered the refrigerator was broken, but when attempting to call the front desk discovered the phone was also broke. Overall, rooms and hotel need a lot of work and the front desk staff needs replaced. I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to booking, there appears to be a pattern. Very disappointed. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor overall condition Overall property was dirty with lots of bugs, rusty vents and poor construction on remodel. Bathrooms had been rehabbed but tubs were not changed and in poor condition. Shower heads were old and scary to touch. I won't stay here again. November 2, 2014
