Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by you should drive past winchester holiday inn the breakfast was terrible, i travel a lot with holiday inn and this had to be the worst breakfast i have had. my wife and i both thought it was aweful. we even ate different food, so it wasn't just one item bad. also the bed was not comfortable at all. after a long travel day you want a nice bed to stay in. The front desk evening associate should not be "the face" of the hotel....rude, wearing a dirty t- shirt ,would/could not give me credit as a reward member to mention a few things. The lobby and elevator are defiantly worn and not clean. The serving containers at breakfast were full of stains like they have been used for a long time. Thank goodness the room was is better condition then the rest of the property. The past few years we have use Holiday Inn on different occasions and have had good experiences since they are rebranding but after this stay....we will be hesitant to use Holiday Inn. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no front desk help WE arrived after midnight after a long day driving, there was no one at front desk, no sign no nothing, we called out and still nothing. Approximately 15 minutes later someone showed up, he then didnt even bother talking to me, just handed me my room key and carried on doing what he was doing. This is the first time i have ever been disappointed in an holiday inn express but we will never be staying at this hotel again. Let me clarify the staff at the breakfast we very friendly and we had no problem with them at all, just the check in experience. August 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by needs updated We had three rooms, one room's air condition didn't work, the door wouldn't work properly in the second room and when he moved rooms he had to go get a dolly and move his refrigerate and microwave because the hotel was lazy. The other room has no refrigerator. The carpet was nasty and needed replaced. The Wi-Fi was weak you can't use it. Overall it the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed in. August 3, 2014
