Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Winchester Ky was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I loved the warm biscuits and gravy and the cinnamon rolls were to die for! If I happen to be back in this area for any reason this is where I will be :) April 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing As a platinum member, we were given as an upgrade a room with a full kitchen which had a worn table and worn flooring with a sole floor table in the dining area with two chairs for the table. There was a large centipede in the bathroom. Creepy. I would not recommend this place and was glad to leave. April 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by awful place Got there at 7PM, could not get checked in for over a half hour! Elevator was broken with people stuck in it. fire department showed up at bedtime, elevator was across hall from our room. The whole place was dirty and breakfast was not edible-went to waffle house... reconsidering why i am a platinum member in the first place. The poor guy at the front desk was the only one there-felt very sorry for him and the management! April 12, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay but missing the pool! I booked this specifc hotel because it has an indoor pool. Upon my arrival I was informed the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. That was a big disappointment. I was forced to find other activities for my family. It would be better if the hotel's web site listed the dates the pool or any other amenity would be unavailable to avoid such conflicts. As it is I will nho longer be comfortable booking until I contact the specific hotels involved to verify availability of the listed amenities (especialy the pool). The room was comfortable but the WIFI signal was poor and frequently dropped. December 11, 2012
