Superb service, amenities, comfort and quiet. The super free breakfast was fantastic. Very fast and efficient check-in desk and very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are squeaky clean and plenty of supplies. The refrig and micro-wave a blessing. A great place to stay.

The warmest pool I've ever jumped into at a hotel, especially in the winter. Their pool area was clean and the pool itself did not disappoint. I'd go back just to swim in the warm pool!

I travel a lot for work and use several different hotel chains. I have had both bad and good stays at different locations. However, the Yakima HIE location is one of the best! The facility has superior customer service compared to its competition. The employee, Amber, at the front desk, was extremely professional with handling the issue with my room. Her genuine concern, level of care and response to the issue was impressive. She said she would personally see that my issue was resolved. She offered to switch me into another room which I declined and was satisfied with staying the night in the original room. When I returned to my room after work on the next day, my room had been repaired as promised... Its nice to see there are still great customer service people out there. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Yakima!

We did enjoy our stay. When we checked in, we were invited to come down to the Lobby for a chili & chips evening. The idea of not having to go out in the car to find somewhere to eat was very inviting. However, when we arrived at 6:35 (6:30 was advertised) the small crock pot was almost empty. There was a baseball team staying at the facility also. We were disappointed that we had to go out in search of dinner.

We had a good experience here... It was over the Holidays, so the staff were a little scrambled, but it was nice enough. Breakfasts were great! Pool was fun for our oldest kid.
The staff did their best to accommodate us given that we were traveling with newborn triplets and a 5 year old.
The housekeeping staff was very friendly and worked around all of us and our equipment.
The only downside was there were ants in the bathroom. We killed a few and the next morning, they were back in full force.

I have recently signed up as a priority Member since i have been staying Holiday Inn Express much more than before because of Traveling purposes.I made a reservation over the Phone and when got there Lady(Manager on duty at night) gave me one Smaller size bed(Looked like double bed) which I had to go back to front desk and complain but she would not give me king size bed at first and then upon insisting that how uncomfortable it would be for me and my wife to sleep all night on such a small bed, I was Lucky Enough to get King size bed but that room was full of some kind of smell which i didn't want to complain again.But over all it was OK.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Better than the average continental breakfast as far as food choices. With the indoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast, the price can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

as usual clean and comfortable. great to have a real chair in the room. odd configuration though with the sink on the outside of the bathroom especially for hand washing after toileting.

Our company had several staff members spending most of the month in Yakima and we were all very pleased with the service and comfort provided by this facility. We will stay here again on any future visits to Yakima.

When I received my weeklong assignment to Yakima, I mentally prepared myself for rustic accomodations at a local hotel with the usual "acceptable" level convenience and comfort. Luis and his staff completely knocked me off my feet when I arrived at their hotel, surprising me with the kind of personal attention and service excellence that I'd been accustomed to finding only at hotels which cost MUCH more. If you're staying in Yakima, forget about your preconceived notions of which hotel brand will give you the best service and treatment and try the Holiday Inn Express. You won't be disappointed. The professionals there work daily at providing the best hotel experience possible at a VERY reasonable price. If I'm ever in Yakima again, there's no doubt about which hotel will get my business.

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express. From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was awesome. I loved the pool and hot tub. Very warm and inviting to swim. I will be returning in the new future. Thanks
