I will start off with saying Grey the manager was extremely nice and accommodating. However I felt like the rest of the hotel staff wasn't on the same page. I know the construction was a necessity, but is it necessary to be chiseling away at the wall at nine in the morning. I called the front desk because the noise was unbearable, and the associate was extremely rude. I just tried to ask if they could do the louder tasks maybe later in the day or after 11 AM. He cut me off mid-sentence and just said they work 9-5. Also, the accounting department was a nightmare. we got charged more than we should have. the first room we checked into was a disaster. The floors were dirty, there were no pictures on the wall but there were brackets, the room smelt horrible, there were concrete buckets stored directly outside our door, the list goes on. So we immediately walked back to the front desk and requested a different room, even if we had to pay extra. Luckily after the front desk associate figured out how to work the computer we got a different room. due to the switching around the hotel charged us again. we had to get a conference call with chase bank and beach house just to get our money back. However the hotel has a lot of potential and the restaurant and bar staff are awesome. We hope these problems can get resolved and would love to give this hotel another shot!

Lo was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful. Room was incredibly average and not what I would have considered a resort. The close proximity to the ocean and the restaurant were the best things it had going for it.
