Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing The hotel is in a nice location. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. This was the second time I stayed there that the TV didn't work. The rooms are definitely showing wear and tear and look like they need a thorough cleaning. The room was pretty quiet. February 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Gold Coast Hideaway We returned to the Hotel Indigo for a weekend after staying one short night a few months ago. It was lovely. The location is central to all the Chicago amenities, North Michigan shopping, Lake Michigan, easy access to CTA, museums, great restaurants (be sure to check out the Third Coast Cafe a few doors to the north!). The value is great. I don't know how the management can sell rooms for such a good deal given the location and amenities. We will make this our go-to hotel in Chicago for the future. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by my stay The roomsare very small. Felt like i was sleeping in a closet, it was very cold windows need to be winterized. Staff was nasty and rude, couldn't believe there was no parking lot for the guest. City parking is $47 for 24 hours. I will never stay here again February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by horrible parking arrangment The parking was awful. I felt bad for the parking attendance. One time we had to wait for almost 45 minutes before they could get to our car and on the day we checked out, we checked out at 6am! and we still had to wait for them to move all the cars around my car first before they could get to my car. One couple also could not make it to their flight because they had to wait for almost an hour. The parking arrangement need to be corrected. It's a huge pain in the butt. February 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valentine's Day Getaway I stayed at the Hotel Indigo a couple days before Valentine's Day. I know how busy that day is for all businesses especially hotels. I spoke to Andrew from the Hotel Indigo over the phone and he was really helpful in getting me a great rate that included parking (WHAT?!)! I booked one of the fireplace rooms. Chelsea was very kind and quick at the front desk checking me in. Everything in the room was perfect. The fireplace was a great treat and definitely worth it. I had to leave really early in the morning for work the next day and there was somebody at the front desk (Titus?) there to close out my bill. Great people. Great location. All in all a great experience. February 19, 2015
