Very nice room, comfortable, quiet - I like the little sink, refrigerator and microwave area. Very new and very clean!

We always stay at Holiday Inn when visiting friends in Lincoln. We appreciate the friendly greeting on our arrival, also the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and......the bottles of lovely, chilled water were a real treat! I also appreciate having Internet access when required.

I can not believe what has transpired this week leading up to today.
The accommodations during my stay were nice, but that has been completely negated by the horrible customer service I have received this week. Unfortunately, I left some shirts in the closet. Not only did I have to call several times to have them located, I also had to call several more times to get them to finally be shipped. That's not the worst part.
To make matters MUCH WORSE, the manager there didn't balk for an instant at the $113 FedEx charged to my card to ship a box that weighed under five pounds! Not to mention the fact that I SPECIFICALLY stated that I wanted them to be shipped via the least expensive, slowest method more than once!!! And to add insult to injury, the manager did not seem to want to help resolve that at all. When asked why she didn't question such an outrageous charge after I specifically said I wanted them sent the slow/cheap route, she said she simply didn't question such things. When I said we need to find a resolution, she said she didn't care if I complained to corporate headquarters, and that it's simply something I need to take up with FedEx. I said it is her responsibility since she ordered the shipment, and she simply told me she wasn't going to do anything. This is outrageous!!!!

The staff was great! Everything was almost up to expatiations.
But the carpet was very spotted, which made us feel uncomfortable.

I love the Holiday Inn Express, and I especially love the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln, Calif. I have never had a bad experience at a Holiday in Express. The people at the front desk were very helpful and excellent at their job. The people at the breakfast very friendly and helpful. Loved my experience. Will come again.

The person accepting my reservation over the phone was polite, and considerate. She made me aware that there is a special rate available to my community and was efficient and accommodating. The room was available when I checked in and was neat and clean. The information on the area was complete and well represented. All personnel were polite and considerate.
