Travelling with my husband and our three adult children and partners......what a find! Spacious, clean, well-appointed - a comfortable living room/kitchen area and two large bedrooms - enough socializing space plus private retreats for all of us. An incredible find - I would highly recommend this hotel! We will return when we can stay longer.

the room was amazing stayed 2 nights. staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. The only thing i would change is to remove kitchen counter that ends into lving room and put a table that you could sit down and eat.

Chris Z and April J have created and developed a very knowledgeable and customer focused staff.
Our room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the amenities required….. A truly great place to stay.

I stay in hotels more than 250 nights per year, and have seen it all. The staff at Staybridge blow away all the competition. They take amazing care of me and they love my puppy and treat him as if he were their own. They bend over backwards to make sure my room is clean, I have everything I need and that above all I am comfortable. They are always there for me and treat me as if I'm family. I can't say enough about how great the service is - special kudos to Shaida and Myron for everything they do to make Staybridge my home away from home!
The bed is super comfortable, the suite is well designed - the kitchen and living room are actually functional, unlike almost every other hotel suite I have experienced. I actually look forward to coming back to the room after work.
If you are tired of hard beds, snobbish or rude staff, noisy neighbors, and high prices for a mediocre, I highly recommend you try Staybridge on Coppermine Road in Herndon, Va.

Spacious and comfortable suites with all the amenities I could ask for, great service, conveniently close to the airport with door to terminal shuttles- that's a combo that makes this the perfect stay for anyone with an early flight from or late flight to Dulles International. All that at a great price. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I want to be close to Dulles Airport. I love this place!

We missed our flight from Dulles to JFK due to delay in
Chicago. We were left with the choice of flying on to
JFK later that night or flying the next day.. Since we had
stayed at Staybridge in Herndon many times and knew it
to be clean, comfortable and hospitable, we decided to
stay overnight and fly out the next morning. Called the
hotel and made a reservation, then booked the flight out
the next morning. Shuttle bus picked us up at Staybridge -
no long wait - got us into a nice room and provided us with
toothbrushes & toothpaste. Yes, our bags went on to
JFK without us so we were left without grooming supplies.
Great breakfast the next morning and shuttle back to
Dulles. Staybridge made a great inconvenience bearable
and that's why we alway stay at Staybridge Herndon when
in the area or traveling through.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was a good stay. The atmosphere was good and the people was nice. Everything about the hotel was good, including the location. I would recommend it to others.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were quite comfortable and it wasgreat to have a hot breakfast each morning. I was also very pleased with the rates.
I stayed at this hotel in 2009 and was glad to return and will gladly recommend it to anyone visiting in that area.

We stay here whenever we are in the area. On this particular stay, upon arrival we requested a change of rooms due to no fault of Staybridge. The desk manager gladly took care of our request. Myron was not only very professional but very courteous and friendly. Myron is a top notch service professional.

Our experience was great. This hotel has a very friendly, helpful staff who really seem to care about their customers' comfort. The social cocktail hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday exceeded our expectations. The food was great and the customer service is even better. I would recommned this hotel to all.

We surly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to stay again.
Beds were great. Loved the kitchen. The pillows and towels were first class. To top all that off the breakfast was the best we have
had at any other hotel. Cannot wait to go back

I often have to work at Dulles airport, when I do I always choose this property due to it's location, home-like atmosphere and overall value; which is more than just the price of the room. Very good value for road warriors.

Great business trip thanks to the comfrotable suites and dedicated staff at Staybridge. Convenient shuttle service not only to the airport but also to Reston Town Centre. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a variety of food. Recommendable.

Stayed for only 1 night in a pet-friendly 2 bedroom unit. Great accommodations and service. Would recommend to anyone. Stayed at another hotel the following night during our travels. Paid more and horrible in comparison. Staybridge has done it right!

Overall, we had a very good experience with the 6 week stay at the hotel, but everything was not perfect. The true experience comes when the hotel and staff repond to the less than perfect situations. Our first night, the alarm in the room beside us went off in the afternoon. We called three times to get it turned off. The next night it went off again. Several more calls to get it turned off and as you can imagine, we sufferd through round three the following night.
There was no real consistency with the cleaning of our room. The full clean only comes once a week and our first cleaning did not occur until 9 days into our stay. The manager's special three nights a week was wonderful and we met many people staying at the hotel during these events. We casually made the comment that it would be nice if they served wine along with the beer they already served and we were told that they would look into it immediately. Several days later we were informed that the wine would be served within the week. As previously noted, we were there 6 weeks and they never served wine. These few examples seem trivial, but again it is how you respond when the minor issues arise. Overall, we enjoyed the place with the exception of these and a few other minor inconveniences.

Several smaller buildings create a feeling of a residential area rather than a hotel. A very convenient location and spacious units add to the home-like atmosphere.
